Experiencia negativa: Poor customer service. Most attempts to reach help resulted in calls directly to voicemail. Over a week of waiting and still no calls returned after leaving several messages. Due to the delay in responsiveness they are trying to force me to pay for documents that I no longer needed. I cancelled an agreement but didn't receive any confirmation from them until two weeks later. Also, stop blaming third party payment systems for your lack for customer service capabilities.

Experiencia fantástica: As residents of a community managed by Unity, we LOVE having them as our property management team!! They took over a few years ago from another pm company and the difference has been SO much better! They ALWAYS answer the phone during business hours with a LIVE person, and are extremely quick to respond to any and all concerns, no matter how small. Examples: we have had ongoing difficulties with sprinklers and landscaping in the HOA-maintained area adjacent to our property. I have had to contact Unity a few times, and they literally responded same day or the very next, and had the problem handled promptly (since it wasn't one of the more visible areas and also not "urgent", I figured I probably wouldn't hear back right away - but nope, they were on it!) Also, I called after hours about a broken sprinkler that was shooting water all over, and left a voicemail; it was around 9 pm, so I assumed they would get the message and look into it the next day - but someone actually called me back within 5 minutes to say they had received the information and would have it fixed ASAP. I was definitely impressed! Gabe is our Community Manager, and does a FANTASTIC job working with any and all requests for service. He is on-site once a week, which is great, because then he can personally see any issues that need to be addressed. He has taken the time to be very knowledgeable about all the complex things that have to work to maintain the property at its best. It has been around three years since we have had Unity, and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services.

Experiencia negativa: They talk to you like your stupid and just tell you what they think you want to hear. Don't give notice when shutting off the water for unknown number of hours. They forget it's the home owners that hired them. They have no customer service at all!!!!!! If I could give negative "stars" I would!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, the Unity Leadership supports this culture of poor customer service. In my experience over multiple issues, Ryan Ahmath is complete garbage. He takes months to respond. If he even chooses to. He seems to get easily overwhelmed and isn't able to manage his administrative workload, even if the email is well structured and organized. Phone calls are difficult to get through and rarely lead to results or any real help. I have been extremely patient, allowing 2months and sometimes 3 months for a response and I feel like that has made their crew and supervisory very comfortable and complacent. All I ask is for a notice from him if he needs additional time to respond so that there aren't guessing games, I can't even get that. I'll admit, he isn't the only poor worker there but is one good example. The kicker though is that the management allows their reps to push people aside in order to manage their workload. A supervisor may speak to someone and then you'd get a response shortly after but then the low-quality response time cycles over again.

We did not want to create a problem by asking our neighbor to deal with the problem, it's too easy to ignore us. We turned to the folks at United. They knew exactly our torment. They nicely, but very business-like notified our neighbor and POOF, we've been able to enjoy our home This is a rare kind of service these days. Experiencia negativa: The HOA switched to Unity after purchasing my house in 2021 and we have had issues with violation notices and HOA not abiding by bylaws and issuing fines. Their preferred method is email which they won’t follow up with anything. They give generic answers saying it will provided to the manager whom will provide it to the board. Never hear anything after that and Customer service seems nice but not knowledgeable or helpful with resolving issues. Received two fines after following the bylaws and submitting an architectural request which was automatically approved due to them not responding in 45 day window stated in bylaws. I advised them and of course no answer or response just received a fine regarding it. If anyone is having issues like me please file a complaint to the Community association group that is listed on their website and CA Office of AG which oversees some complaints issues regarding HOAs in California.

As a first-time board member, I can’t stress how instrumental Unity has been in bringing my community to life, from helping us select vendors to collecting homeowner dues, Unity has made all the difference!

Contacting unity, they blame the board for communication issues and offer no information or solutions. They respond with generic terminology and won't give exact reasons for things. We had no issues with our old servicer but with unity, we feel divided

Experiencia fantástica: Unity is the Mgnt Group for Quail Lake, Clovis CA. I called on a Monday morning to report irrigation water leaks found in the neighborhood. Monday afternoon I received an email including the work order which was created (never received such an item from prior Mgnt Group). Tuesday morning observed that both leaks had been addressed by our maintenance group. Favorably impressed by both Unity and Elite.

Experiencia negativa: Unity is not a company you want to work with. The property manager I have to deal with is rude and clearly does not know how projects are done correctly and thoroughly. They are also very condescending and turns into a broken record when even asked the simplest questions. Getting anything handled with this company is next to impossible. You will never be able to talk to the person you need to and nobody has an answer. A property management company needs to realize they work for the owner of the property. They are not to be the ones making decisions for them or telling comminity board members how things are going to be. If you have other options you should really look into them. Edit: after posting my review they responded to it as you can see. If only they put the time and energy they spend on Google to maybe something like managing properties. Update. It looks like they deleted their response which does not surprise me. Joke of a company

Experiencia negativa: Avoid at all cost.. they bill us and never give explanations I've asked the to fix a front gate for 3 months and they said it going to get fixed and still nothing.. however they want to send me a bill for a basketball hoop in my backyard and front lot violations with no explanations.. the worst HOA company on earth

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE! This company is by far the most unprofessional company to manage an HOA. I served on the board and submitted multiple request for repairs and nothing ever gets done. A light has been out by the front gate for over two years now and we are promised repairs but never happens. The gate to the pool is supposed to be locked to prevent injury and/or death, it’s not. They sent my partner and I a bill for tress outside the community expecting us to pay for what the HOA fees are for. If you’re considering using this company I highly recommend you do not.

Experiencia negativa: I live in the villas. I’ve been being harassed by their committee member for more than a month now. I’ve reached out to the hoa and they’ve done absolutely nothing. They’ve been approving orders for security to come and tag my car constantly and there’s multiple cars parked for months yet they don’t do anything to them. At this point I don’t understand I bought the house feb 2022 and this experience has made me never want to buy another house in this community again. So far there has been 3 other people who have sold their houses and they’ve said this HOA will treat you unfairly if they feel like it. Exactly what’s happening right now. I’m frustrated the local police won’t do anything, HOA won’t do anything because the dude clearly works with them as he has orders approved instantly. Security is the same guy who comes out at night and stops at my car only. It’s literally a joke at this point of what’s happening but hey I guess this is what happens when a 80’s white man wants his way.
