Experiencia negativa: My experience working with Elizabeth Pedigo as our real estate agent was disappointing. Despite being referred by a family member, I felt that she did not adequately consider our preferences and needs. For example, she disregarded properties my wife expressed interest in and instead focused on a property that did not meet our standards, with issues like a missing bathroom door and poor renovation quality. Additionally, I had concerns about the home inspection process and the inspector she recommended, which felt less impartial than I would have liked. When we decided to withdraw from the purchase due to the property’s flaws, her response was concerning and did not align with our expectations of client-focused service. I believe real estate agents have a responsibility to prioritize their clients’ best interests and maintain transparency throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience with Elizabeth did not meet these expectations, and I hope others will carefully evaluate their choice of agent.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me start off by saying that this was my first experience with buying a home. From the very first day Meagan and Mike were amazing. We decided to go with a rent to own program, And Meagan was so knowledgeable in the entire process. Mike took us on numerous tours and showed us things about properties that we might not have even noticed being inexperienced first time homebuyers. What’s even more amazing is we just had a situation today, where the property management team (no relation to Storck) Inaccurately started our water services at a wrong address and after months of living here we woke up to a notice on our door that the water was abruptly turned off. For 36 hours with children and visiting family with life threatening health conditions we were basically passed off by each company placing blame on the next and endless broken promises of the situation being resolved within specific time frames. I vented to Meagan around hour 34 about the situation as I was absolutely baffled at what was happening and being put off by all companies with no real resolution. Meagan swooped right in contacting all parties involved on a three-way call and demanded that they fixed the situation immediately or we as the client would be advised to take legal actions. Needless to say within 45 minutes of her call services were dispatched to have the water turned back on. At this time we know this is not going to be our forever home and whatever we decide to do Storck Team will be involved. These repairs made the home like new and added another bedroom to the house. This enabled us to list the property $25K above what we had originally planned to list it for. We’ve been using them for 10 years for many properties - including another property in which another family member also took advantage of the Homenhance service. I contacted 10 different agents that I found on Zillow. I had to communicate with each of them via email only. After a few emails with each of them I decided to go with Tatyana. We use their home enhance program where they came I , did the necessary repairs to prepare the home for sale including staging it in the end with no upfront costs. They kept us informed of the costs associated with the repairs so that they were paid at the time of closing prior to proceeds being distributed. Our home was so prepared for sale when we finally pulled the trigger to place it on market that we were under contract within 3 days and sold for $30k above asking. Experiencia negativa: I purchased a home that was listed by the Storck team. The home was meticulous as the former owners put years of work into making it their own. The home truly sold itself based on how well it was taken care of. Shortly after purchasing the home, the Storck team sent this flyer to EVERYONE in the neighborhood. I am appalled that they would blast the price paid over asking to everyone in my community. Additionally, I was curious about the items mentioned in the flyer that the Storck team indicates they did. After consulting with the prior owners, it was confirmed the agency did not provide the listed services that they are indicating impacted the sale of the home. I would be leery of ever working with an agent that grossly misrepresents their efforts and results. Once again, the house sold itself as it was greatly cared for by the former owner...not because of the Storck team's efforts.
