Experiencia negativa: We hired sara to help us buy a house jan 2023. When we found one we needed an inspector. She had one. She's our realtor. We should trust her. We'll the one she had do our house didn't do a good job. An inspector should find the problems so you know your buying a good house. We have lived in the house over a year now and found out that none of the bathroom vent fans are vented outside. Every water faucet was leaking to where we had to pull out the entire master bath. I don't know weather to think she trusted him and it wasn't her fault but she recommended him. So now a year later and thousands of dollars we have to basically re do the whole house. Hire your own inspector and I wouldn't hire this realty company I tried contacting the realtor mutipul times with text messages and emails. Since she already had her money. To bad arkansas doesn't have better laws protecting buyers cause even a day or two after the sale she wouldn't help us with all the problems. I'm very disappointed.
