Experiencia negativa: We worked with Myranda Grulke at The Charlotte John Company. She deceived us and The Charlotte John Company wont take responsibility. We have bought and sold many homes over the years. I would say this is the worst experience ever. Do not work with this agency you may regret it as much as we do. We are disgusted with this agency and have filed a complaint with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission.

He listened (which is rare) and showed us what we related to him we were looking for. He provided suggestions, researched answers if he didn’t know off the top of his head and was always present. I don’t believe we have ever had this exceptional kind of service. Bravo to him! We really appreciated his help and abilities.

At the beginning of the year, I made the decision to sell my 2 story house with a big yard, and move to Little Rock. I wanted to be closer to my daughter and have a one level home and smaller yard. Marybeth helped me get my house ready to sell. I had 7 showings in 12 hours with 4 offers over asking! Then we worked on finding me the perfect house to grow old in.
