With the showing of new homes, Brian was always available to schedule a viewing and knowledgeable of all the properties we looked at. Brian knew what would be a good fit for us and even recommended homes as well. In the sell of my previous home, Brian heavily assisted with the presentation of the home along with providing us advice to best "stage" our home. With each potential buyer, Brian would follow-up to determine what were the pros and cons of the previous home. With this, we were able to adjust anything as necessary. Once there was an agreement on both homes, Brian made the process as smooth as it could be. There were hiccups on the purchase of my previous home; however, Brian handled the process entirely and would call to provide me the game plan and if we agreed or not.
