She is vivacious, personable and very professional and always does what's right for her clients. Here's one indicator. In our experience, less than 30% of the time do realtors show up consistently during the inspection to address any immediate client questions. Casey is there to always answer questions for her clients. She also lets the inspection process flow and allows us to do our jobs on behalf of the clients. As an inspection company, we appreciate realtors who don't view the inspection process as a necessary evil. Many do. If I could also give high fives to Elam Real Estate for doing an excellent job at recruiting and training an awesome team, like Casey. Definitely a win win for middle TN! We've been helping Casey and her clients out since at least 2017, possibly longer. We very much appreciate her continued trust in how we treat her clients and perform our services! Experiencia negativa: Caitlin Richmond, connected via Zillow. She was quick to respond when I showed interest in a property. We set up a 08:00am meeting to see a house. The morning of she stopped communicating. I sat outside the house for over an hour with no response from her. Messaged again later to explain I am still interested in the house, never received a message back. Now the house is under contract and I didn't get a chance to see it or put an offer in.

Chantel met me and my wife one Sunday out of the Blue, we had looked at a couple houses through one of the home sites. Then we are contacted by Chantel asking if we would like to look at a house. We responded we would like to, she met us there in a an hour or so. She was very polite, friendly and actually genuinely cared about what we were looking for. Well that particular house did not work and we had some work to do tying up some loose ends financially. She would touch base periodically and make sure we were doing ok. When she found out it wasn't going so well, she fought to find us a good lender. We tried a few and weren't really satisfied, that didn't discourage her she kept fighting for us until we found the right lender. Then came the house looking she met us several times even on a holiday. She was never pushy and always great to have conversations with. A very personable vibe with Chantel, she asked about our family and wanted to make sure we were happy in the end. That is what happened in the end. We found a house we loved, we searched high and low Chantel was there through it all. We cant say thank you enough. You are amazing!!! We love our new home and everything you did for us.
