Experiencia fantástica: Ben Bartolazzi is an outstanding realtor. When it came time to sell my father's house after his passing, I contacted one of the "Cash Offer" companies for a quote. I wanted to sell the home as soon as possible. The price they gave me was fair in my opinion based on the condition and age of the home. It just so happened that I was also selling my personal residence through Ben at the same time. So I asked Ben if he would give us a second opinion on the quote. He did a walk through and then did a market analysis. In his opinion, the quote was too low and he felt we could get much more. He listed the house on a Tuesday and by Saturday the home was sold at a price that was 43% higher. I can not say enough good things about Ben. His communication and professional expertise is second to none.
