We are remote, so it was a little more difficult going through the purchasing process, but we picked the right realtor and agent. Carter Jacobson worked with us for over 4 months to find the right property and represented us well in the home buying/negotiation process. Carter is a professional and knowledgeable about the area and particulars of the properties we viewed. And, he was very patient in helping us find the right property, he listened to our needs and was always responsive in his reply’s. Carter has a great team that backs him up, whether it’s one of his fellow agents doing a virtual walkthrough for us while he’s out of town or Dallaire’s admin. group that facilitates the closing, they all did a great job. The last praise I want to mention is the Dallaire Realty web site; it was an easy and informative sight to work with, both reviewing and searching geographically the homes in the area.

I've never had a realtor co that truly cared for their customers after a purchase, as Dallaire does. Multiple times a year they offer free events to show their appreciation. Movies (family movies such as the new Super Mario one), ball games (with free food), Christmas events (photo ops with santa!), anniversary gifts (just got a coupon for Zestys custard!) & much more. I will use Dallaire & encourage others to do so, as noone cares for their customers as they do.

I worked with Judd about a year and a half ago, obviously I've been meaning to write this review for quite sometime, but better late than never! Judd is an exceptional realtor and person! I had previously worked with another company when trying to purchase my house in this crazy crazy market and had some complications with them and switcher over to Dallaire after reading some good reviews and I am so thankful i did! I was 21, expecting a child soon and moving to a different city and Judd was so patient and really took the time to hear what i did and didn't want. My fiance at the time worked the night shift whereas i did morning so each house we wanted to look at Judd had no problem going TWICE to show each of us separately he made sure to check things within the house that i didn't always think of, like how old the furnace was, roof, water heater etc. All those big things that a "dad figure" would care for! He was really personal and helpful through a difficult process. He was sure to explain any and all questions i had and never gave a short answer or made me feel i was bothering him. Not only was the process great, so is/was afterwards! Judd would continue to 'check in' to make sure everything was going well with the house, and continues to send amazing opportunities with the company, like Santa during Christmas and a movie showing on them, ice cream coupon and so much more! They really make you feel mattered and appreciated and i truly could not reccomend Judd and this company any more!!!!

We matched with Chris on Zillow and he was happy to jump right in and show us houses on a schedule that worked with our jobs. When we found the one, he was clear, honest, & up front with how we should approach the negotiation and had very timely communication. When we had a last minute challenge during house closing (could not get internet), Chris proposed an idea that ended up saving us. Very happy with our experience.
