Experiencia fantástica: TLDR: I worked with Shannon and can't recommend her enough - she knows what her clients are looking for, knows how to advise them properly, and knows somebody for every inspection or quote you might need and will plan it before you can think to ask. Long version: I started shopping in July with Shannon's assistance. I'd like to think I was pretty methodical in keeping on top of new listings even with a full time job, but more than once as I finished combing the listings, I received a message from Shannon including /exactly the listings I picked out myself/ and maybe a couple extra. She took me to see the properties quickly, and when applicable - put together a realistic offer quickly. I had 2 offers accepted through this process and inspections were scheduled swiftly as well, and with second opinions where needed. For example, one pest inspection recommended fumigating, but the second provided, with photos, that the damage was from when the lumber was milled instead of an active infestation. I would not have known to seek a second opinion without her. In the end, she got me into a home that was listed 15k above what she believed it was worth in this market. It was the only home she ever showed me that was technically out of budget, and she was right to show it to me because the seller accepted an offer in my budget. The sale is now closed and I've moved in. She is still assisting me with a couple home warranty items even though her job really is done. I will be referring her to anyone who asks.

I have bought and sold several properties in Texas and California in the past few years and have seen the good, the bad and the rest out there. Late last year I was stuck. I needed to sell my house but the market was soft, the economic outlook dismal and getting worse, and buyers were scarce at the worst time of year. My wife and I had been trying to sell since summer. Early on a Saturday morning I made a few desperation calls and Steve called me back within minutes (shock - a call back!). He was encouraging. He met my wife and me on Tuesday with a plan. He gave us a direct, no-nonsense approach and some choices. Looking back, we could have signed off on everything right then and there but we took the first step, then another, then another . . . At several points, my wife and I wanted to diverge but ultimately found the original plan to be the best. Steve's knowledge, method and feel for the market were right on the money, literally. I participated in the Trade-In program where the mortgage company facilitates 90% of the value of the home in advance so we can buy our new home before selling our current home. Steve and the Elevate Group were great at facilitating all the meetings, explaining the process and keeping track of the main milestones. They went above and beyond of what is expected from a realty company as they took care of everything setting up the cleaning, designing the house, and scheduling the repairs of the house.
