I met with Johnny - He stepped me through the current market where my property fit in the market what I could expect in terms of timing to close, how he team would position the house and their process for Marketing, and how he, Valary and admin Kathleen will be there to tackle every step in the process . We did walk through a couple options to sell from selling exactly “as is”, Putting in a moderate amount of work versus a full remodel. I really appreciate the patience in dealing with all my questions plus the education they provided as I assessed my options. I opted for the moderate remodel. After a month of prep I leveraged their network for inspection and deep cleaning - and we listed the property. We had multiple offers the first weekend and moved quickly into contract - leveraging another contact they had for title. A quick month later, and we closed as expected.

As a first-time homebuyer, I expected support, communication, and guidance — instead, I was left to navigate one of the biggest decisions of my life completely on my own. Valary was uninvolved, unresponsive, and unhelpful from beginning to end. I found the home myself — she provided zero help with the search. She didn’t explain important documents or deadlines. Her only comment on the purchase agreement was that it “looked good.” That’s not professional — that’s lazy. She failed to walk me through the process or prepare me for key steps like negotiation, inspection, financing, or closing. I constantly felt lost and anxious. Communication was almost nonexistent. She didn’t check in, didn’t keep me informed, and made me feel like I was doing this completely alone. After closing? No follow-up, no congratulations — nothing. Just silence… until she collected her full commission for doing the bare minimum. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially for first-time buyers who depend on their agent for guidance If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — avoid Made4More, and especially Valary Jenning, at all costs.
