Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I first met Amanda Easley in 2021. At the time, we lived in Aledo and were considering moving into Fort Worth. We met Amanda at an open house in West Fort Worth, and she offered her expertise to help us find a house. There was no pressure at all, she just handed us her business card and said to call her with any questions that we may have. Suffice to say, we loved talking to her, and we called her later that week and asked her to help us find a house to buy in Fort Worth. At that time, the housing market went crazy and we ended up stopping our house search after a few months. Over the next few years, Amanda would periodically reach out to us to see how we were doing and to see if there was anything she could do for us. Again, no pressure. Just a friendly hello to keep in touch. Fast forward to 2024. My wife and I finally decided to sell our Aledo house and move out of state. We asked Amanda to represent us on selling our house of 28 years. And thus, the journey began. My wife and I hadn’t sold a house in 28 years, and we were very apprehensive about the whole process. This was a big deal for us. Amanda patiently guided us through every step of the process. We asked lots of question, and she answered every one of them quickly and in great detail, no matter how busy she was. Amanda and her team stepped us through the entire process of how to get a house ready to sell. And mind you, the intent was to sell the house at top dollar and to get multiple offers quickly. Originally, prior to getting the house ready to show, we had converged on a suggested list price. But after a course of 2 months to get the house ready to show, we had decided on a higher sales price just prior to listing. The house was listed on a Friday, and after many showings over the weekend, we received 4 offers, and 2 were over list price. My wife and I were ecstatic. Never in our wildest dreams did we think we could sell our house that quickly while getting about $85k more for the sales price than we thought we could ever get. Now to be clear, the reason that everything worked out so well is because of Amanda and the team she led. Our experience working with Amanda has been amazing. If anyone asks who I would recommend to help them sell their house in the Fort Worth area, I will send them to Amanda.
