My real estate transaction in Texas was handled by Micaela Mead of Reside Realty and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Due to the distance I wasn’t always available to see houses, but Micaela always kept me informed of what the market was doing and what was available. She knew what I wanted and she knew what I was looking for. She kept me informed almost on a daily basis of what was happening in the market in Texas. The process took a little longer than I wanted to not because of anything Micaela did, but with some issues with my own health, but she never lost patience or waived. Micaela also put me in contact with a local Mortgage broker who helped me through the closing. Micaela went above and beyond to help me find the perfect house on the perfect piece of property in the perfect neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. Brady hustled to get our duplex under contract in a matter of just over 2 weeks on the market (the average time on market currently is 61 days), while it was occupied by tenants. His team made the place look amazing in photos and in person. He knew exactly which final touches needed to be done to make the duplex highly marketable. He had us take care of small things before it was on the market that he knew would show up on inspection. He held back to back open houses 2 weekends in a row. He works fast and is very responsive even outside of normal business hours.
