Experiencia negativa: I would go back to Tricon residential if I wasn't due to have a baby in the next 4 months. Absolutely regret getting with this company! They did the cheapest work on this house, plumbing is TRASH, bathtubs painted so horribly paint is constantly peeling, same with counters in bathroom. Try to clean them and paint rubs right off. Worst part is I have called 3 different times in the past week to talk to property manager and I get some BS excuse about being in a meeting and that they reach back out to me and NOTHING! HAVE been told 3 times id hear from head of maintenance and nothing! They canceled work orders with no explanation... of course they get my money for rent but can't return a freaking call! I am COMPLETELY sick of this company and would NEVER recommend to anyone. If I could break my lease I would, im COMPLETELY sick of the horrible customer service and constant excuses!

Experiencia negativa: SLUMLORDS. On Dec 13th, 2025 The upstairs apartment starting leaking in to mine over the bathtub. Only Pure can help and not the complex I live in bc this is a private condo. No one came out to see about it for several days. NO FANS, NOTHING. Patched a hole (see photo, crappy job) and my concerns were about the black mold possibility. Man stated they did not give me permission to fix anything else. Now it is Dec 29th. Tub is clogged, standing water in the dishwasher and after several attempts to reach out to them....NOTHING. My next step is to get someone from Code Violations to come because water has saturated my ceiling for two weeks.....all they want is 5 Stars but not give you 5 Star Service. JOYCE AND THE PURE MGMT TEAM....YOU SUCK BIG TIME. Unfortunately this is now going to be a civil matter in court.

Experiencia negativa: 0 stars for the entire maintenance process. 0 stars for having to deal with a call center to get an emergency done. 00000 for the lady named Andra at the 800 number for emergency maintenance! 5 stars for Marthy who actually helped when I asked questions! My house is flooding from the toilet so fecal matter is flowing everywhere. The lady I spoke to was ANDRA and she was NOT helpful at ALL!! She decided to hang up on me while address my concerns about fecal matter being all over my bathrooms and none of the toilets or showers work and she decided to hang up on me! I will make a formal complaint!

Experiencia fantástica: I was happy with how Pure Property management works.their service of approval are first hand,within two days the screening and background check was complete. I was anxious until I got a message for approval from Ms.Joyce. She was nice, kind and helpful with the information. Thank you Joyce and Pure Property for working late to ensure service delivery. On a different day....... After we signed the lease and paid all the dues, we were supposed to move in on 15th which we didn't. I reached out to Joyce again,and explained my case. she was able to change my lease, and my move in date to 24th and so despite having the keys from 15th I do not have to pay for those days especially if I did not manage to move in. That was fair and respectful to me. Thank Joyce and you really deserve 5 star for your understanding and kindness.

The property I rented was under Tamara ( property manager ) after we moved out she did not reach out, not picking our calls, and she blocked my number. They still have to give our money back . Very horrible company managed by bad staff . I would never recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service. When I moved in, it was under a different property management company. But once they got bought out from pure, none of my service request would get done in a timely manner. Then when I moved out they charged me way over for everything in the home. So I asked for an itemized list and never got a single one. They gave me a refund for $100 but put it on the service page and had no way to receive it. So I would call the office and eventually they just stopped answering me and never gave me and itemized list or my money back! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve debated posting this, but after enduring months of unacceptable living conditions, I feel it’s necessary to warn others. I have lived in this property for six years, and what I’ve experienced since February is beyond a pest problem—it is a full-blown infestation. Mice have overrun my home, eating through walls and leaving holes throughout the property. There is also mold on the ceiling, making the environment not only uncomfortable but unsafe. As a single mother of two, this has been an indescribable hardship. My teenage son has had to remove mice from traps because I suffer full-blown anxiety attacks at the sight of them. No parent should have to put their child in that position simply to cope with daily life in their own home. This is not just poor management—it is neglect. To force a tenant to live in these conditions after years of paying rent is unacceptable. At this point, I would not call this landlord anything other than a slumlord. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind, I urge you to look elsewhere. No family should ever have to endure this.

Experiencia negativa: I have lived in my apartment for about 5 years. Ever since they switched to "pure property" I have had a ton of issues getting anything taken care of properly. I had a small leak in my kitchen that kept getting an unexplained cancelation on their end for the maintenance request. The guy working for them at that time (John) argued with me about the actual need for repair. They waited until water was pouring out from my ceiling about a year later to finally send someone to properly check and that is when it was determined a repair must be done and then also remediation would be needed because their negligence caused a larger issue with mold and water damage. Finally, a year and about 4 months later someone would come in to fix the leak (this was in june) then from there they would have to send another crew to rip out water damaged walls and remove all the molded and damaged cabinetry. Then weeks later it was time for another crew to install new walls and cabinetry. Because of the cost and them wanting to *save money* they sent about 4 or 5 different vendors to do estimates all at random last minute times with little to no notice because they wanted to get the best price. Fast forward to August (without a kitchen since June) they decided on a guy that would take their lowball that somehow ended up with all the wrong size cabinets but pure property insisted he leave them here anyways despite him and myself both telling them that these cabinets will NOT work. They took that vendor off the job and took ANOTHER full 2 weeks to assign someone new and again send them out to do an estimate with very little notice (same day) This person actually measured everything right and handed them an estimate and they took another week to get back to them. Now here we are, Sept, they finally told the vendor they could start the job. The vendor immediately got the cabinets ordered and started work the next day (Sept 3rd today) The new cabinets have arrived and the vendor is ready to install but has almost zero floor space because the wrongfully measured cabinets from the last job are STILL sitting in my kitchen. The vendor and myself tried numerous times to contact Pure directly. I tried their main line I tried Tamara and I left voice-mail on both lines telling them the urgency of them needing to remove the other cabinets and allow access to the neighboring apartment that is vacant so the vendor can properly set the pipes in the new bathroom vanity being installed as some of the plumbing is in the shared wall. Nobody is answering or responding to my inquiries aside from a 3rd party contractor who is unable to assist further on this issue as it directly involves the owner. I don't know if nobody is working there or they just don't have anyone answering phones anymore but this is ridiculous and pretty inhumane. They need to hire more local agents or perhaps better monitor the incoming calls. The folks they subtracted are kind but too far removed from a complicated situation like this to properly explain everything that needs to happen here. And the icing on the cake is that pure property does not want to negotiate for a new vent above my stove which the only reason the old one was damaged was again, due to their negligence and water pouting down through it. So I get to have my living area fill up with smoke and set off the alarm every time I cook because they want to be cheap after everything else I've been through. Unbelievable. I do not recommend using them for property management for your residence. It's shameful the way they are turning otherwise decent places to live into slumlord territories.
Experiencia negativa: Terrible Experience. Joyce Roda was clueless. After misunderstanding my communication about pets and an ESA letter, she attempted to cancel my application before clarifying. I asked to speak to her boss. After realizing her mistake, I believe Joyce just directed my to another phone number for her to circumvent her boss. Often, when I asked a couple questions, she would only answer one and ignore the other. I tried to start laundry on the first day. Somehow the drainage has not been attached behind the washing machine and I flooded the kitchen. I had to take a day off to clean up the mess. This is an unacceptable oversight by the property management team. If I had turned it on and left, it would have ruined the building. I had to ask Joyce three times about my parking space. The second time she told me to contact the front desk. There is nobody at the front desk. It is all managed remotely. The number posted outside doesn’t work. The third time I explained the situation, Joyce straight up ignored me. I had to contact her boss, who ignored me. Then I called again later, made a big fuss, then I finally got through. The boss said she’ll call the HOA tomorrow. Still don’t have parking. Another night of street parking in Dallas. WONDERFUL! WHAT INCOMPETENCE! Would not have rented here if that were the case. Nobody at PURE had any idea what’s going on. I’m pretty sure most of the staff are offshore in the Phillipines somewhere. Only positive note - My electricity concierge was helpful after the PURE site was not accepting my address.
Experiencia negativa: I am in a property that is managed by PURE, Our air condition has been out since Saturday 8.16.2025. I called the emergency phone number twice this weekend with no response back, Called Monday morning during business hours, finally received a call back-sent vendor out to check the air condition-was told they could not do anything that day due to the unit was frozen, came out today, vendor stated they must get approval from the owner- of the property then find the part. I tried to reach out to PURE property by phone, by email with no response for an update-with no response. Glad it is only 98 degree in doors On-line services for payment is great but when you need someone to complete a on the job task, keep your expectations low-you don't get the services you need.

Experiencia negativa: Property owners beware….. The staff is very nice but they don’t execute. As an owner I expect basic and things and it does not happen. The branch manager ‘Ariel’ does not call you back about issues. Quotes for a basic make ready is over 10k ‘paint,spackle, and clean’. Work is not completed and you are expected to pay more to get it finished. I spoke to divisonal manager hoping things get better but nothing happened. Maybe it is time to file complaints with the TREC. If you are an owner and thinking about putting your properties with Pure, expect To pay top dollar and get overpriced bids with basic service.

They continue to cancel our maintenance requests and have said that we can fix it ourselves. Cant get ahold of anyone at a decent hour and when they do call/text back it's at 11pm. Ready to move and we just got here!

Experiencia fantástica: I dealt with 7-10 different property Management companies (two of which denied me and a 3rd swindled me out of a $550 non refundable holding fee and I still haven't gotten my first month rent and security deposit back yet ($3400+) ) but these guys Sylvan And Auben realty were a joy to work with . From the seamless and convenient self tour to the Rep Joyce contacting, guiding and walking me through the whole application and vetting process . They were extremely proffesional and thorough but still made the process so easy for me. I'm confident that I'm leasing with the right company and I have no doubt that I made the right decision. Experiencia negativa: Went to tour a house in Rockwall listed as a 3 bed 2 bath. Went and only saw one bathroom, rechecked multiple times to make sure. Called the property manager she was also confused, how do they not know how many bathrooms their properties have? Wasted 40 minutes driving.
Experiencia negativa: Where to begin? Considering I'd give zero stars if I could, the star is for the maintenance technician. He is amazing (5 second rule) and has helped me out TREMENDOUSLY. He’s seen firsthand how PURE has treated me and has been extremely gracious. Now, on to the people I’ve spoken with (Tamara and Geraldine) two of the most unhelpful and the most rude people I have ever worked with. I have no mailbox key, DID NOT RECEIVE IT UPON MOVE IN and now I’m told I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, (mind you my property told me VERBATIM PURE is supposed to cover the cost of the key) and to add insult to injury I was also given a filthy rundown unit. (One of my toilets is not even secure in the floor!) Attached will be a few pictures of my “ready” unit. I have been kind and very accommodating. I pushed my move in date BACK to ensure my unit was ready, give THEM MORE time yet my unit was FILTHY and STILL NOT READY. My entire experience with PURE has been an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend a homeless person to this company. I've been hounded and harassed to “leave a 5 star review” here’s a thought, do something that’s WORTH leaving a five star review. Truthfully, I’m extremely afraid to leave such an honest review in fear of retaliation which is why I’ve only disclosed a FEW of the issues I’ve dealt with. The way I have been treated is horrendous and I can only imagine the backlash I’ll receive for this review but it has to be said.

Their failure to address our concerns during our lease of one of their properties and now the return of our rightfully owed security deposit has been incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise potential tenants to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this company.

Experiencia negativa: If you have a fetish for being ignored this is the perfect place to rent from. I’ve called 23 times in the past two days have only talked to someone on the phone once. Thank you pure property management for making me feel like a valued resident. Next time I have maintenance issues I’ll send a carrier pigeon because calling doesn’t work. Or sending an email. You have to hound these people to get a response. I had to call the leasing office just to get a message from the maintenance manager. (Not a call) Horrible experience, can’t wait for the new lease I signed to end in March 2026!

Experiencia negativa: I have been living in this home for almost 4 years now.. October 30th will make it 4 years to be precise! Their customer service is ZERO. The new property manager Ms. LAWLESS is the most unprofessional and most disrespectful person I have ever come across. All the 4 years I have been there I have literally not bothered the leasing company for anything! My kitchen sink for over a week still have not been repaired. I have 4 kids! I have been literally washing the dishes in a bowl I had to get from Walmart. To buttress my point, I called the office to report the unruly manner in which Ms. Lawless acted and I requested to speak to Mr Jay ( the manager)… it went to voicemail, up until this point, no response whatsoever from him. I went ahead and sent an email, still no response. For courtesy sake, show some respect and consideration to a tenant of 4 years!!!!!!! NEW REVIEW !!!!!!!!!!!! 12/9/2024 I have lived in this residence for 5 years now! I put in an order for a microwave over 2 years ago and up till this day no microwave has been delivered. I also requested for a stove as the present one does not work well (it literally takes me like an hour to even boil an egg), this puts a huge burden on my energy bills. I pay my rent monthly without any hassle, and it's only fair and right that this company treat me with decency and courtesy by responding to the very bare basic necessity of the rental property. I have had the patience of a Saint. Today I called the office, and was put through to John Delago, and I spoke about my frustration with my requests not looked into for over 2 years now,. Mr John Delago cut the call on me! I wonder why I am being treated as trash in a property that I have rented for 5 years.
Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t rent this way. Leaving one star is being kind. Roaches heavily infested and I mean heavily. Neighbor very unhygenic and has them which is what is causing the mess. Pure won’t do anything about them. So we are forced to live in this mess with two kids. Literally EVERYTHING in this house is falling apart including the ceiling. The people who lived here before us seem as if they just let a bomb go off inside , it wasn’t even cleaned when we moved in. It was gross. Our dishwashers broke, even the toilet paper roll holders and towel holders are broke. The showers bars in both bathtubs broke. They had electrical sockets hanging out of walls that Inspectors made them fix. They hire knock off handy men who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. We have paint on our mirrors and wood floors. The wood floors are coming up out the floor. There are holes in walls and cracks opening everywhere throughout our home. Our back gates broke and our hose out front leaks so that’s more money. And both of our neighbors have very loud obnoxious dogs they keep everyone up with all night and early morning. Our small backyard is just mulch and nails their half handy men threw all in my backyard not just one or two nails , probably like 10-20 . Once again with kids. Run.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a lot of questions and I was certainly lucky to be attended by Gisela Franco, her service was really outstanding she cleared all my doubts, I highly recommend her service, hopping to get in contact ASAP.
Experiencia fantástica: Working with PURE has been an easy going process. I do not live close to their offices but communicating with Jane over the phone was an excellent experience. She was able to answer our questions fairly quickly and did not hesitate to help us one bit. Her customer service skills were great! I am looking forward to working with PURE over the next year regarding our lease.
Experiencia negativa: I have lived on this property, since July 2008. I downsized to a 1 bdrm, February 2016. I've had about 5 different managers. The latest manager, Katie Hartley, is the worst I've ever had. She doesn't communicate. She has flat out ignored my emails. She has also told the ppl under her, to ignore me. I know this, because I let her know one day, that I had fleas in my apartment. And I don't have pets! She first told me, that I was responsible for paying to have an exterminator come out. I insisted several times, that I wasn't responsible, because I had no idea how I could possibly have fleas. So it had to be in the walls, as she said was the only way they were responsible for exterminating. She finally, said I could put in a work order, for maintenance to come out. Well, I went onto the maintenance portal....and I was not allowed to place a maintenance request. I let her know. She sent an email, telling her assistant Josie and the maintenance guy John, to help me get through to place a request. She must've told them at their office, to ignore me. Because I never got a response or help from ANYONE. That's only one of my issues with her. She has been doing this, since Dec of last year. I've never had an apartment manager, who is so incompetent in communicating with residents, and doing her job, to help residents. When Frontline Property Management was over this complex, things were better. PURE Property Management, is all about getting money. Zero professionalism or compassion for the tenants.
Experiencia negativa: Spoke with Armando on a Friday and he was supposed to send the paperwork for the value of my property but never did, and we had an appointment on Monday at 10am for him to check out the property but the guys cell phone is off and he never showed up. These people don’t seem responsible enough to manage a property.
Experiencia negativa: Pure property management bought out Frontline properties a few months ago. And I suddenly get a real estate agent asking for the new potential buyer to look at the home. No warning no 30 day notice nothing. Do better business than this and at least let your tenants know you are selling the home they have lived in for 14 years. I planned on signing another years lease. Now I'm scrambling trying to figure out how to move when I haven't even been told I need to move yet.
Experiencia fantástica: John delgado's maintenance team was awesome they came out and the last situation got the parts in ASAP and completed the job I'm very satisfied thank you John for your excellent customer service.
Experiencia fantástica: I want to thank Ms Deannie Compton who works in front office for Pure/Frontline, Race st. Ft Worth, She is so professional. I have leased from Frontline/Pure Property for 17yrs. Since she has been there, she answers questions, listens to my concerns. She makes you feel that's she's there for you if you don't understand the situation regarding w /maintenance, lease etc. She is a great "ASSET" to Pure/Frontline Property. I appreciate her.. Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! This is such a long story BUT essentially I had a tour set up at 6321 Kelly Dr #59 Granbury, TX. I had CALLED in to schedule my appointment for 5:20pm yesterday and they told me the unit was empty and available. I got to the unit and someone was inside. I was a little confused because I was just told that nobody was in the unit. I knocked…. nobody answered. Then I rang the doorbell. The lady came to the front door and made a big huge deal about her lease is a year long lease and it’s not up yet and blah blah blah. MIND YOU!!!!!! The padlock box was on the door as if nobody resided there. Then someone else who lives there came out and she said “I’ve been meaning to call because I don’t think that lady is legally living there.” There was much more said but WHAT IN THE WORLD!!!! Pure doesn’t even manage the property well enough to know if someone is living in the unit or not?! BEST PART! I called this morning a total of 3 times then finally got through. They said “yeah sorry I guess someone is living there but I’m not sure why.” WHAT?! Then they proceeded to tell me that there is nothing to do. Honestly, I’m tempted to turn them in because this is horrible. NEVER EVER EVER EVER go through Pure Property Management because this is awful. I’m angry, frustrated, mad, and quite honestly my mind is blown. If you read this and still want to live there…. you might want to think again. What a HORRIBLE management team.
