Even my special requests were honored, which made what could have been a difficult time much much easier on my nerves. I also purchased my home through this agency. One, they are right-sized. Small enough to be attentive, and big enough that they have competent specialists (shout out to Mckenzie & Riley) in each phase who focus on those tasks. I didn't want an agent who had no help and was overwhelmed without specialists to help. Two, I found Rebecca and Jessica trustworthy and authentic. Their advice, information, and explanations were reasonable and made sense. If they had a cult, I would probably join it. I'm getting a very nice newsletter from them, though, so maybe I am already in it? I'll have to think about that. Three, they did a great job for me. Received a full price offer during Open House and had no remedial work to do on the house. Saying all that we feel they devalue our home. She originally wanted to list our home $25 thousand dollars less than we listed it for. We refused and listed it at our price. It sold $5000 more than our asking within less than a week. Just know your houses worth, because they are all about selling fast.

Experiencia negativa: We used RLG for our purchasing our house this year and I have to say I wasn’t personally impressed. When you choose a realtor you want someone who will fight for you, who will take charge of situations, stay in communication with you and not ever make you feel like you have to go out of your way to get them on that level. This is our third house that we’ve bought so not our first rodeo, we chose Tracey because originally she was very sweet and communicative but the minute that contract was signed it felt transactional. I was told we would have a temp rental and then that was retracted and placed on my back with three kids and a month prior I had to find a rental in a new state where I knew nobody and she just kind of just tossed it in my lap and disappeared. I felt like I had to do majority of the heavy lifting. Especially when we ran into an emergent situation with our purchase and we really needed someone to be more assertive, more aggressive. I felt like I had to do it all. And I had to ask the questions and do the research. I had to reach out to the builders and get to the bottom of things. There were also instances where we would all be together and the questions she’s asked even felt like she was more on the side of the builders. We relocated here and we were here for 2 weeks and not so much as a wind gust went our way, no welcome here, nothing. I was so let down and then she tried making it right by saying she was going to give us a gift card for new lights that didn’t match and it was enough for one light. After a very swift and easy transaction not even a thank you gift. Just an impersonal half gift card. I wouldn’t personally go with this company if you want someone who will truly represent and appreciate you and that’s the honest truth. Wish it wasn’t this way but it is. From all the realtors we’ve worked with this was the worst.

I am an Army Officer with high standards and expectations; Tracy exceeded all of them! Tracy is an extremely personable and competent realtor, but also just a great person who you want to be around. She is friendly, trustworthy, and alleviates all the stress of home-buying. She listens carefully to your wants and needs and subsequently takes the initiative to find the home that meets your desires. She knows the area, the homes, the home builders and gives you expert advice throughout the entire process. In my situation, my family and I lived in Germany and we did almost everything remotely. We had not seen the house were purchasing, nor had we ever been to Huntsville. Tracy walked us through homes with an iPhone in detail. She took her time with us and never applied pressure. She described Huntsville area and went into great detail on school districts and supporting infrastructure. Once we decided to move forward Riley Rogers (another simply awesome person), greeted us with a video message via email and started walking us through the purchasing process.
