Experiencia negativa: Steer clear of this property management company, specifically Andrei, and its landlords. I moved out of one of their Fort Lauderdale properties and would NEVER recommend them. I actually waited to do this review because one of my neighbors who left and gave a bad review, they withheld his security deposit and told him to take it down, which is illegal. We had a small property with 12 units and great people who became family. The new landlord increased our rents…ok most are. Then started neglecting the landscaping, maintenance requests went unanswered. They even allowed a washer that had broken to sit with dirty water for two weeks before service came. Gross. One apartment had residents who parked a U-Haul in the small resident lot, and hit my car. They did nothing. My neighbors got cameras and then started to see the residents from the same apartment selling/buying drugs and then urinating I where they wished. We complained and it took six months for them to be moved to another property. Good luck to those people. There so much more I could say but I’ll leave you wish this…they don’t mind illegal activity as long as they get their Section 8 check. And now they are replying like they are a valid caring business. Don’t be fooled. Unless you have Section 8… they don’t care about you. And then if you do. You’re just a number. Don’t reply back here on Google where I have thousands of views and pretend you are a caring valid property manager. This review actually got a quicker response than a maintenance call. PS this is going on Facebook and Instagram. You guys are awful!! Nice try!! It’s the right owner. I’ve been to your office. This is your way of saying negative reviews are not yours well guess what. You’re wrong. I’ve attached proof. Your scare tactics aren’t working this time. You guys are awful. lol so now I proved it was you and you can’t get Google to take it down. Nice try! You guys really are awful! You’re high standards are below sea level.

Experiencia negativa: As the time to move from my home got closer, I realized it was infested with a lot of roaches. The situation was really bad, and I worried that I might lose my monthly payment from section 8 if things didn’t change. It was not only disgusting but also caused a lot of stress, especially since I already had medical problems to deal with. Looking back, it was a big relief to move away from that nightmare and find a better place to live.

They take advantage of people who are in desperate situations situations. If you read the negative reviews, or reviews of them on other sites like ripoff.com if you're unfortunate enough to e-Sign a contract, and you try to pull out they'll sue you in court according to their real reviews and on fraud.org. thank God I research then ran away from this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I was appointed Personal Representative of my aunt's estate. In order to settle the estate her house needed to be sold. The house was old and in need of rehabilitation. Given the current state of the real estate market, it likely would have taken many months to find a buyer. Home Inc. contacted me through the mail. I met them at my aunt's house. They did a brief walk through and got back to me almost immediately with a very fair offer to purchase the house. The transaction was somewhat complex in that two of the heirs to my aunt's estate reside in Italy and are Italian citizens. Ms. Kelsey Douma of Home Inc. went above and beyond coordinating conference calls with the heirs in Italy and their attorney and coordinating a zoom call with a mobile notary so they could sign the Warranty Deed. I cannot say enough about Ms. Douma's integrity and professionalism. She was the driving force behind getting this deal closed. I would recommend Home Inc. to anyone in a similar position.

That’s the unprofessionalism I am talking about and not only that they blocked me from calling the number of which the owner said Call so they can help me every time I call it will hang up. They have roach infested buildings that every day I cleaned and had to keep the roaches away couldn’t keep them away. They kept coming. They had holes in the wall when I moved in that I had to get covered and they charge me for it in my deposit. They claim that we can’t put the stuff on the side of the road as book you will get fine if it’s not a book day so we left it outside of the house and was told that we can’t put it on the side of the road and just leave it there and they will put it out on the side of the road. They charge me for little things here and there and they kept my deposit. This is a shady place, and it was shooting going on throughout the neighborhood right in the alley by our doors that we couldn’t control is ghetto and it’s unbelievable how to just keep your deposit for little things. Thank you And please consider living here or living with Homie. Residence is the hood is ghetto. It’s unbelievable just my opinion you can go ahead and live there if you want to. Not only that this is really not a good place to live in the hood where they’re shooting and roach infested buildings. They also are very unprofessional. They hung up the phone on me in my face without an explanation. They also don’t answer the phone you quick to take somebody money but you quit they can’t answer the phone. They give him an explanation. It’s very unprofessional. I couldn’t get a hold of nobody. It took me like ever to get a hold of people and it took me to speak to somebody else to get to the person of the property management unprofessional and totally never again

Shame, I need to buy 5-7 deals a month and they just lost a very serious buyer. Too small of an industry to burn bridges Home Inc, hope the extra 3k fee was worth it!

Experiencia negativa: Homeinc definitely has rental properties 1151 N. E. 16th Court apartment number three is the video below where she is showing she did not get back her security deposit. She went to home Inc. yesterday to receive her security deposit after 15 days and they told her if she wants to take this to court that they would then retaliate and deduct something from the security deposit. I have a lease that proves that they own rental properties. All you have to do is give the last commenter with the video attached back her security deposit and none of this would happen. They definitely own properties and their rental office is on W. Broward Blvd. thanks.

Never have I been offered more than 100k less than what my home is valued at. I understand it's an investment firm and not a family but to offer 40-50% what a home is worth is just insulting.

They allowed us to extend the closing date, once a price was agree upon, for several weeks to allow us time to remove our possessions.
