Within 24 hours of filling out the intake form Olga gave us a call to talk through our wishlist and was extremely helpful pointing out things that we may have not thought about, to make sure we were searching for the perfect home. Over the next 24 hours she curated a very thoughtful list of 50+ options (we were looking at 4-5 neighborhoods) and included notes that were extremely helpful (for example, distance to work, nearest train stops, size of patio, if the property had a yoga studio, etc.). And once we narrowed the list down she scheduled all tours and dedicated an entire day to helping us find our perfect apartment. We are also moving from out of state, and Olga made it extremely easy to navigate a cross-country move. She provided virtual tours and follow up videos of every property on our list…Imagine trying to schedule 8 tours across various neighborhoods, all in one day, and from across the country….Olga took all of that pressure off of us and made sure we were able to see everything we were hoping to see.
