Experiencia negativa: This company might be fine for a simple sale of a single family home but if you have anything more complicated than that they cannot handle it. I lost time and money working with their agent. The attention to detail and knowledge of the laws and requirements was terrible. I ended up doing a lot of double checking. I had to be on site to ensure the problems that occurred when I wasn’t in town did not occur again. For the level of service that they provide, I would have been better served doing a FSBO and not paying a high commission since I ended up doing most of the work myself. They did refer me to a very good title agent so I’m appreciative for that referral.

He has shown time and time again that he truly puts his clients' needs before his own and will ensure that his clients are happy. There was a place I was considering recently and property management asked me to sign a lease before they had performed tasks we had asked of them. When I asked Bill's opinion on signing he strongly suggested to wait and not sign and I'm so glad I listened to him. Now I couldn't be happier in the place I'm in that I couldn't have found without his help. Looking for a new home is always stressful and in my situation, I needed to find a place fast. The fact that Bill was so reliable and efficient at his job helped ease my stress so much. He is very responsive, understanding, patient, and is always keeping your best interest and safety in mind when showing places. He is also very thorough, prepared, and knowledgeable about the properties he shows and always manages to bring important things up I hadn't thought of before. Experiencia fantástica: Carson Gallagher at Realty Austin has been involved in every Real Estate transaction we've ever done over the last 16 years. We've bought 3 homes with him, sold 1, and rented another. We keep coming back because of his knowledge, but even more so because of the trust we have in him as an advisor. This last search started during the boom here in Austin. In the face of that market craziness, our target locations, priorities, and even our comfort level on prices fluctuated, sometimes week to week. Carson had immense patience in a search that took us all over the greater Austin area and went on for 5 months in earnest. He helped us dodge two different bullets, first when we fell in love with a house that had major issues he spotted for us, and second when we fatigued of the search and effectively settled on a house that wasn't right for us. In both cases his advice kept us from making a very big mistake and ultimately led us to a place that we absolutely love. In the search before that, Carson helped us find a condo in about 3 weeks that we loved for 9 years. The length of this last search was truly a combo of the market conditions and our indecision. I cannot recommend him enough. He truly cares that you find a home that you are excited about. He really listens and works to understand what's important to you. He has a good sense of when to step in and give advice, but gives you the tools to direct your search in the way you want. We're thrilled with where we are, but if/when it comes time to buy or sell another property, Carson will be our first call.

At the beginning of our home buying process, Trevor asked us important questions to determine what we are looking for in our home. He would show us houses based on what we are interested in and within our price range. Anytime we had questions (which was a lot!) he would pick up our calls and answer them. When we found the house, he did a fantastic job negotiating and securing our wonderful home for us. We cannot recommend Trevor enough to future home buyers!

Clark went above and beyond for our nearly 2-year building process from contract to final walk through. Hi knowledge of the process, Texas, building expertise was incredible. He went and took photos for us anytime we asked (which at times was weekly), videos, even hired a company to get aerial views of our property lines because we were unsure of where our house was being built! He helped deal with numerous negotiations and builder issues that came up with firmness but true professionalism at all times. We knew that Clark always had our best interest in mind. Even after our house has closed, Clark is always available to us and answers any questions we have about our home and being new to Texas! I am an Attorney and I can promise you, I am not the easiest to work with at times, but Clark handled me better than anyone I have worked with in the past. I'm sure I kept him on his toes at times; which means he can handle many strong-willed personality types. I have already referred family to Clark and will continue to do business with him on all future property transactions. I highly recommend Clark to anyone who wants to work with someone who is dedicated to their clients.

My husband recently passed away so I needed to probate his Will before selling our home. She accommodated my estate attorney who advised legal wording of all documents/contracts. Kristen integrated those in to the documents & contracts. She was a great liaison while selling my house. There was a driveway encroachment which had to be resolved before selling. She effectively communicated between my attorney, a neighbor, surveyor & lender to resolve the issue. She quickly let me know when buyers requested to view the house & provided helpful information on how to prepare the house to “sparkle”. The whole process of selling my house took an emotional toll on me. Kristen always endeavored through all situations at a moments notice when issues were too much for me to handle. She seemed to genuinely care about my well being & made all this possible. After living in it for 11 years, got a "wild hair" and decided to move to Virginia. Nevada helped me navigate the sale of my condo.
