Fantastic experience: Had an extremely pleasant move-in process all thanks to Lucky and his wife. Every step of the way I was informed and I was never left waiting for any information. My first month after moving in has gone smoothly as well and even if there has been a problem it has been addressed in under 24 hours and it has never came back. The apartment was extremely clean upon move-in and I could not be more satisfied with my decision.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been renting with JRC for many years and my experience has been consistently positive.They take good care of their properties and work orders are always handled quickly. You can tell it is family run business because there is a level of care and consistency that you don’t see with other companies. I also appreciate the maintenance team. It is always the same crew. They are so friendly and trustworthy. I never have to worry about them coming in my apartment when I am not home. The property managers all been great over the years. Abel M has been especially great to work with. He is polite, approachable and quick to address any concerns. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in the property and has also added some thoughtful touches around the building, like decorative plants which brighten up the space a makes it feel homey. It is just nice to have someone present and attentive- it makes building feel well-managed and secure.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience living here and working with Megan. She’s kind, responsive, and always helpful whenever something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is clear and easy.

Fantastic experience: I recently rented an apartment through JRC. My manager Carolina Cueva was very supportive and accommodating throughout the process. She showed be multiple apartments until I decided on the right one for me. She is very patient and made the process easy for me as I work unusual hrs. JRC is lucky to have Carolina representing their company. I felt She went above and beyond for me. I am very grateful to her.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience with JRC Property Management company. The building is consistently well maintained, and any time a repair is needed it’s handled quickly and efficiently. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and resolved without unnecessary delays, which really makes a difference day to day. A big part of what makes this place so well run is the onsite manager, Will. He’s responsive and friendly. It’s reassuring to have someone onsite who’s easy to communicate with and proactive about keeping the property in great shape. He takes our concerns seriously and does a great job as an onsite manager. Overall, this is a reliable, professional management company that does an excellent job taking care of both the building and the people who live here. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I moved into my apartment building in 2020. I have the best apartment manager, Megan, Every time I need maintenance or I have a question, Megan is very prompt and solves all issues, she’s very caring and understanding. The apartment complex is very well kept up. If you’re looking for a place in Torrance, I totally recommend property manager, Megan.

Negative experience: I called this morning & spoke to the most rudest woman who answered the phone named Norma. I'm asking her to explain how the payments work and she kept on talking over me, extremely disrespectful. And just hangs up on my face after saying "thank you." Unprofessional!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience moving into my apartment with building manager Lisa! Upon move-in, Lisa walked me through the apartment to assess any previous damages and was extremely transparent throughout the paperwork process. The apartment complex is well-maintained and in a good location that is within walking distance from the beach, gyms, shopping, and restaurants. If I had to nitpick, I live in a first-floor apartment and can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and muffled talking, but I accept that this is a function of apartment living. I have yet to hear any loud music, children screaming, etc, and have been living in the complex for about 2 months.

Fantastic experience: I just moved into the JRC property in Redondo Beach and the manager, Lisa, has made the process a breeze. Lisa was very responsive when I inquired and has been very supportive throughout the application and move in process. I appreciate her transparency and guidance throughout the move-in. The unit was beautifully remodeled and the complex is very quiet and welcoming. Lisa even ensured one of my items was kept safe while I got help to get it upstairs. I am returning to the South Bay after being away for almost 18 years and I am grateful to call this place home.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking quite some time for an apartment near LAX and have viewed many without finding one, until I came across 732 W Imperial, managed by Pimjai/JRC management. The unit was competitively priced but more importantly, the interior was fresh, extremely clean and the complex impeccably kept. Pimjai, the apartment manager, was professional and helpful. She accommodated my very busy schedule and went above and beyond to assist me. My lease was a bit complicated, as I was moving in from Massachusetts, but she managed to pull it all together and make it work. She was a rock star! I'm moving in next week look forward to living here.

Fantastic experience: JRC has an excellent team that consistently maintains strong communication. If there was an issue, they are quick to troubleshoot and resolve it promptly. Their payment system is user-friendly and efficient. I highly recommend renting with JRC. My property manager, Will, is great and always responds to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: I just stumble upon our apartment and saw a posting about it. It was just near our old place and immediately set an appointment with Mindy and Rafael. They had their own scedule of viewing for the apartment but was very flexible with the time I asked. They were able to help answer all the questions that we asked about the apartment and as well as filling up the application form. When we got approved they were also able to assist us and educated us on everything we needed to know. They are very approachable and easy to communicate with if we have concerns and questions and with no doubt help you with a smile! Our building is well maintaned as well. Fantastic experience: My husband and I are currently renting in the city of Torrance. The managers Rafael and Mindy Martinez are amazing. They are helpful. When I have problems here in the apartment Mindy comes as soon as she is available to check it out. As soon as a maintenance person is available they come (doesn’t take more than 2 days for the problem to be fixed) I have forgotten my keys from the apartment inside and Mindy goes out her way to come and open my apartment door. Mindy and Rafael are great managers!

Positive experience: I’m currently renting and my little apartment is great. The workers are amazing and the property is safe. Property manager doesn’t care if you’re single with no kids she’ll ignore your texts about noise complaints and tell you straight up “kids will be kids” and will get offended if you tell her otherwise. Even though the child belts ear piecing screams all day and the tenants have the audacity to keep the doors and windows open all day. In addition to that I told her my neighbor recorded me with their cell phone in the dead of night with the flash on. She said “I’ll talk to the tenants around to see what they saw”… she’s not very good at articulating herself and or ignores you completely. Other than that the workers are great and the apartment is safe.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to live in. Quiet and peaceful, great location. The building manager, Pimjai, is an amazing, energetic, polite, social, friendly and professional person.

Negative experience: Their properties don’t have any security measures. Someone stole my car overnight out of their assigned parking lot. When I emailed them about the incident, I never heard back.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough how great my building manager, Pimjai is! I moved to my home under JRC about a year ago, which was a seamless process thanks to Pimjai. She is consistent and supportive, and very quick to answer any questions and needs I have. As for my apartment building, it is excellently managed, with no major issues in-unit, as well as weekly exterior maintenance - it's clear that the building is prioritized and cared for! Overall I'm grateful to have found a home and neighborhood I love, with a professional and responsive team.

Our manager Megan is helpful and attentive. She is great at communicating and resolving issues. The maintenance staff are professional and quick. We have been here close to 3 years and are happy to stay. Would recommend to others looking for a place to rent!

Fantastic experience: My family and I appreciate how bright, clean and modern JRC's units are. Those factors are what pushed us to settle with JRC twice since our first apartment search back in the Spring of 2021. The managers at the first location we lived at on Madison Street (Argentina & Robert) were always accommodating and friendly. We then moved into a two-bedroom unit in Nov 2022 on Ocean Ave. The apartment manager Marlen, along with her daughter Melissa, are also very accommodating, approachable and friendly. They take great care of the entire building and are very prompt in addressing the tenants' concerns.

Fantastic experience: I love my apartment and my apartment complex. 23910 Ladeene in Torrance is a wonderful place to live, and it's because of Megan Chandler, our Manager. Always available and very responsive, she handles issues and solves problems quickly and completely. More than that, she follows up to make sure the resolution is satisfactory. I have never had a more communicative, professional, and all around friendly and caring apartment manager. There are other places I can live that are less expensive but I am not going anywhere.

Fantastic experience: The on-site managers at the Sepulveda apartment, Rafael & Mindy, are very attentive and helpful, from the initial viewing, submitting rental applications, leasing, to any maintenance requests (so far requests have been taken care of extremely quickly, often on the same day). The property is well managed and maintained. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: For the place that I was looking at the manager I was working with was Will. I gotta say he is amazing. The process was ridiculously simple and we didn’t have any problems at all. Any questions I presented to Will he gave me honest and truthful answers; he didn’t beat around the bush to try and “dodge” the question by not answering it (like some other managers I’ve spoken with when seeing other places). You can tell that Will takes his management seriously because the place that we were looking at is truly a beautiful place and now we are calling home thanks to Will. The attention to detail shows. Fantastic experience: For my apartment viewing, it went really smooth. My contact was Pimjai M and she was amazing. She was very professional and helpful in any way she could. Was on time for the viewing and she helped me right away. Explained the ins and outs of the contract in great detail and answered any questions that I had. Overall very pleased with the experience I’ve had with the management and they have made me feel comfortable here. Living here for about 1 month and it has been fantastic. No issues has arrived but again Pimjai has made me feel like she would handle my situation or at the least guide me to what I should do. The place seems very well organized and happy with things as of right now.

Fantastic experience: Living in our townhome here for the past 2.5 months was awesome!! Will was easy to work with if we needed anything, the communication with him was great as well. Will always responded to calls or issues we had if needed. Overall great experience and was sad to leave our townhome.

Fantastic experience: Carol was an amazing property manager who always returned my calls and dealt with my service requests right away. She took her time and explained every aspect of my lease very patiently and methodically, there were never any surprises. JRC also kept very good records and they were able to give me a complete and comprehensive form detailing my payment history when I asked for it. They were also very fair with my security deposit, I got way more back than I thought I was going to get tbh. I didn't realize how good of an operation JRC is running until I had to deal other mediocre property managers.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have lived in our apartment for 3 years now. Neighbors are friendly and very respectful. The JRC management team and maintenance staff are very polite and responsive. The property is very well maintained on a weekly basis, landscaping upkeep, and always kept clean. Great quiet location near shops, and parks. In the so desired Torrance Unified School District. We have always been very pleased with the professionalism and common courtesy we have received by management, both Rafael and Mindy as well as their repair team. Mindy is quick in response to texts and in putting in orders for any repairs needed. Both Rafael and Mindy are very professional and they make a great management team at our property. Very pleased with how well managed it is.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I moved into a JRC apartment complex last month and we’ve been very happy so far. The complex is quiet at night, the laundry room is tidy and well maintained, and the manager, Megan, has been super helpful and responsive with any questions we’ve had.

Fantastic experience: I had only good experience living in JRC's building apartment in El Segundo. It was very clean, quiet, well-maintained and appealing to the eye. Aleks was an awesome property manager, always kind and responsive. The other tenants are also nice people who have lived there for years so they make good neighbors. Their rents are actually lower compared to similar places, but the quality is good. I personally was very satisfied living there.

Fantastic experience: I have been living at the same location for about 4 years now. I absolutely love my Property Managers Mindy & Rafael Martinez. There have been several instances which were deemed an emergency (fire alarm was beeping, toilet plumbing had a sprung a leak, shower was clogged). Both Mindy & Rafael were super responsive and attended to the matters instantly. They assured me that it was no problem for me to bother them, despite the time, and all issues are resolved within the hour! For other non-urgent issues, they took no more than 24 hours to resolve my needs. They provide a comfortable, cozy, and inclusive atmosphere for ALL tenants. I have never had any issues with my apartment, my property managers, or with the company. I love living here and have even recommended it to other friends and colleagues. I also really love that they are family oriented and welcome all families.
