RADF Properties

Negative experience: Had a reservation for a condo at the island to celebrate a kid graduating who also had a birthday. Guests had plane tickets reserved. Reservation was paid for. These people cancelled my reservation 17 days prior to the booking date with ZERO resolution other than a “sorry, we double booked.” Now I could not secure a comparable reservation so our graduate/birthday kid is SOOL with zero celebration and guests having to figure out what to do with their flights.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful apartment, extremely functional. The furnishing and decoration details made us feel at home. Beds are super comfortable, appliances are new, bathroom is very nice. Great location with stores, restaurants, super markets and walking trails. The management company was extremely friendly, accommodating and responsive. We spent a month there and time flew by. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Adriana came by to change our filters and inspect that our fire hydrants and smoke alarms are active and up to date. We are very happy with the management.
