Claudia, Danielle, and Lauren, and Leslie, have always been there to answer all my questions, during every phone call. The compassion, integrity, and kind hearts they have are beyond extraordinary. Their customer service is top-tier. If I could give 100 stars I would. Never once have they ever been rude to me, on any encounter. Even the after hours person (guy) has great customer service. Even their maintenance department is on top of it, everything is done efficiently and in a timely manner. Best/wonderful management you could ever rent from. You won’t regret renting from this office management, 10/10 recommend!

Negative experience: Honestly worse rental company ever unreliable workers the audacity of me paying almost 1200 and for nothing to work talking to me with so much attitude if you don’t like ur job kindly leave it! Will never recommend this rental place EVERRRRR neighborhood looks very ugly messy playground area seems like also as I’m seeing on all low reviews seems like Lauren is just sad with herself and has nothing better to do than abuse the little bit of power she has but everyone who complained will get the last laugh after they sue them for all the things they have going on wrong and putting personal information on a public platform

Negative experience: Don’t rent from these people they make living uncomfortable kick u out for any reason and are very strict on the simplest things . They don’t answer you unless your dying for maintenance.

Negative experience: Don't even bother. Each apartment belongs to separate landlords who are cheap and dont care about maintenance. Tons of bugs but they say pest control is "a gift". A bunch of kids without supervision and making a mess. Save yourself the disappointment and rent somewhere else and get your money's worth.

Fantastic experience: We just moved into a Magnolia Properties neighborhood this week. We had been provided a write up of HOA rules at closing, however it was quite generic and said nothing about the process of requiring pre-approval for any exterior building revisions. We had seen the house while raining and noticed rain pouring over the edge of the roof in front and over the garage, so we set up Leaf Filter to add some gutter and a downspout to prevent damage to the house. They were set to come out later today. Yesterday, I rec'd a emailed welcome notice from our HOA stating the rules of pre-approval. Yikes! I called, explained our situation and begged that my application be reviewed asap so we didn't have to cancel or delay our contractor, who was coming from 3 hrs away! Isabel and Christine and the committee went above and beyond to get the application submitted, reviewed and approved all in one day, just in time!! I was so grateful! They were both very empathetic, understanding, helpful, and friendly!!
