Negative experience: By far the worst property management company I have rented from, ever. Avoid this company unless your other option is being homeless and if you do rent from them be aware of their unethical business practices. - Their prices online are misleading, there are fees for everything so the price you see online is not the price you pay. Every form of payment (credit,debit,cash,check) has a "processing fee" attached to it so you have to pay money just to pay your rent. - On move in day they gave us the wrong code to the lock box, when we called to get the right one they told us "have you tried hitting the lock box?" After an hour of waiting someone finally called with the correct code. - The day we moved in our house was filthy and had not been properly cleaned, there were bits of food left in the cabinets/pantry. The staff stated that the home had been professionally cleaned when it had not. Had to get a professional cleaner out to clean the home AFTER we moved in. ProsPM insisted the home had been professionally cleaned and denied that the home was dirty even when we showed them pictures of old food, dirt, dead bugs in the window sills, etc. - There were multiple issues upon move in with basic things not working. The AC wasn't set up properly (HVAC tech assessment, the attic insulation needed to be replaced, the toilet water line was corroded and leaked, the window frames were damaged, the doorbell was broken, the fan chains were comically short for vaulted ceilings. All this on top of the house being very dirty when we showed up. According to ProsPM the house had been "made ready" before move in and was free of issues, that was a lie. - The window frames on the house were damaged and let cold air in, so much so in one room that our kid couldn't sleep in the room during the winter weather. The frame was so damaged you could see from the inside to the outside, this was obvious and ProsPM deemed this to be acceptable for move in. Took 2 weeks to correct the issue - The staff is disjointed and multiple people will respond when you email/contact them for anything, you end up getting the run around just trying to do something simple like place/schedule a repair. When our dishwasher broke it sat for a week with standing water in it before they replaced it because "they had to contact the home owner first", they use this excuse to delay doing maintenance and then act like they cannot manage the property without every little decision being approved by the owner. They said the owner of our rental was overseas, which meant any issue was delayed by days/week because of the communication back-and-forth. - They refuse to do a pre-move out inspection with their tenants so that they can bill you for damages from the previous tenants. Every property manager I've had before them does a pre-move out inspection upon request. ProsPM flat out says no and that leads to disputes down the road. - We noted a lot of previous damage and paint issues when we moved in, we were told that as long as these issues are documented at move in we would not be billed for them after move out, WRONG. We were billed for the mismatched paint on the walls that was done by ProsPM before we moved in. When we disputed these charges it took over a month to resolve the issue. We emailed, we called and left voicemails, and IF ProsPM responded it was to say that they needed more time because "they couldn't contact the home owner". If you read their google reviews, this seems to be a common tactic of theirs to delay the process. We finally got refunded our full deposit after nearly two months of hounding them. Expect the staff to gaslight you when you try to resolve an issue with them or have a dispute. Don't expect timely communication from them and expect them to bill you for damages that you didn't cause as a way for them to force you to pay for maintenance. Taylor (ProsPM owner) does not return calls when you have a dispute and, IMO, egregiously mismanages this company.
Negative experience: I’ve lived at Royal Palms Apartments for 8 years, and things seriously went downhill after ownership switched from Indio to Prospm. Since then, management has become disorganized and unprofessional. Taylor Brakefeld in particular has been passive-aggressive and unhelpful when issues come up. My car was towed even though it was registered through the apartment system. Management later claimed it also had to be registered with their towing company—something that was never clearly communicated. No warning, no notice, just a tow and zero accountability. On top of that, they threatened me with fees over a maintenance work order they couldn’t even schedule properly, and said they could charge me daily if I didn’t allow entry without being present. Recently, maintenance had to build support pillars on the second floor because the floor was literally collapsing. The construction noise was constant and extremely disruptive, and the fact that it got to that point is honestly concerning. Between the towing, the fee threats, the passive-aggressive management, and major structural issues, this place has become stressful and hostile instead of a home. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Fantastic experience: Love the updated apartment, how the keep up with outside maintenance, and how they respond and resolve any issue. They work with you and have been very kind and friendly. Just singed another lease.

Fantastic experience: I've only dealt with prospm for about 3 years now. I had to ask for assistance on my rent and few service request and Ms Lisa has always been very responsive, helpful and informative. The text system is great because responses are lost like thru emails.
Positive experience: Unit is well maintained
Negative experience: ProsPM was the management company for our previous rental property, and we are now experiencing multiple issues after move-out. As a military family, we’ve moved many times and have always received our full deposits—until now. This time, we were charged for petty and questionable items. Please, if you choose to rent from this company, document everything and take photos and videos of every detail, no matter how small. Some of the discrepancies they claim were damages that were actually pre-existing. They even mentioned a “motion sensor bulb” I never knew existed, yet I was charged an unreasonable amount for it. I’ve sent multiple emails and have called multiple times requesting documentation of these alleged issues and did not receive a response until 38 days after I sent the first correspondence of these discrepancies. It’s now been 52 days since move-out, and I still haven’t received my “partial” deposit. Also, if you ever need to reach Mrs Taylor for such discrepancies.. good luck. You will only speak to the receptionist. Moving is stressful enough, especially for military families yet this experience made it worse. Renters, please be cautious and protect yourselves. As mentioned please take note of everything
Negative experience: Despite returning the property in better condition than received, approximately $500 was deducted from my security deposit for charges I believe to be unreasonable. I have since sent ProsPM a written notice outlining, in detail, my dispute of three specific deductions and requested supporting documentation per the Texas Property Code. I hope the company will review this matter in good faith, but prospective tenants should be aware of my experience and exercise diligence when renting with this management firm Trash Out Fee ($90): I left no trash behind — the garage was swept and bagged trash placed in city-provided bins for collection. Kitchen Tile Charge ($60): The tile issue in front of the oven was pre-existing and had been repaired by their own maintenance team during my tenancy. Landscaping ($198): The work cited included trimming shrubs and removing dead bushes and junk trees, responsibilities not assigned to tenants under Section 16.2 of the lease. As a real estate professional, I understand Texas Property Code compliance, and my request simply asks for fairness and adherence to the lease terms. I’ve appreciated timely communication from the office but stand by my position that these deductions are not justified.
Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. We rented from Pros PM for four years and had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience when it came time to move out. Despite leaving the property in good condition and providing photos of pre-existing damages, they still withheld a large portion of our deposit. We even submitted a detailed dispute letter, but they ignored the facts and only sent a partial refund. Communication with this company is unprofessional and dismissive. They treat tenants unfairly, make up charges that are not lawful under Texas Property Code, and drag their feet when it comes to returning money that does not belong to them. Renters beware: if you value honesty, transparency, and fairness, look elsewhere. Pros PM will take your money and fight you every step of the way to keep it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Negative experience: ProsPm will send your security deposit out late and keep the majority of your security deposit. When you do as the state requires and send a demand letter disputing they just don’t respond because the state law has no time limits on a response from the land lord. The only way to get a response is taking them to small claims court.
Fantastic experience: The agency is by far the best one we have ever used to rent a home. They are super a efficent and always walking to help. Great service and wonderful people that work there too. Highly recomendo.

Negative experience: Avoid this management company and Vanesa in particular at all costs. I believe they operate unethically, and my experience with them—during a time of crisis—was nothing short of appalling. I was one of the tenants displaced by a devastating six-alarm fire that destroyed my apartment building. While the fire was still active, we visited an apartment just a few blocks away, managed by this company. We met with Vanesa, who assured us that the unit was still available, that we had room to negotiate, and that only one of us needed to apply immediately—the second applicant could apply later. She emphasized there was no interest in the unit and encouraged us to move quickly and even negotiate with the management team. We followed her instructions exactly. Given that we had just lost our home, were far from our families (we are Italian and live here alone), and were desperate to secure housing, we uploaded all requested documents within 2-3 hours the same day. The only missing piece, AS FAR AS WE KNEW, was a reference letter from our previous building, which we explained would take 48–72 hours due to the fire and structural collapse. We assumed this context would be met with basic understanding. Instead, the company went completely silent. I texted for updates—no response. I called Vanesa the next day; she reassured me that everything looked good and that the unit had even been taken off the market. She told us it was just a matter of waiting. Despite our vulnerable and urgent situation, we heard nothing over the weekend. Then, today, we were abruptly told that parts of the application were “missing” (though we were never notified of this) and that the unit had been rented to someone else. The entire experience was handled with a complete lack of empathy, transparency, and professionalism. I will be speaking to an attorney regarding the application fee, which should absolutely be refunded. Vanesa’s behavior, in particular, showed a stunning disregard for human decency. Until you experience being displaced, far from home, with no stability, you can’t fully grasp how cruel and dismissive this treatment felt. Full disclosure: Back in 2021—long before this fire—I had considered renting from this same company, and even then something felt off. Now I’m convinced: we were lucky not to end up renting from them. If this is how they treat prospective tenants in crisis, I can only imagine how poorly they treat people already locked into a lease. Avoid them. I would give zero stars if I could.
Negative experience: I lived at 11351 Hilltop Rd. #203, Argyle, TX 76226 for 9 years. I loved my home more than I can explain. Our three sons were raised there. It was our home until.... Pros PM was the third to come in and manage the condos and property. The first two were owners and took extreme care of the property. The first owner Kevin lived there and was excellent. Luigi and his wife were the second owners took great pride in their investment and even scrubbed the stairs. That shows integrity. They developed the property. When the third two owners who live in Argyle just over 1831 became owners, the place went into decline. They took no pride in their property. They let family members live there and then others were allowed to fish in the ponds.How were we supposed to know they had permission? It's a private property yet strangers kept showing up..The U.S. and TX flags were not replaced when they became tattered. My place had black mold. I had mushrooms growing on the inside of my master bedroom wall. This was reported multiple times. I took many, many pictures, and if I could have afforded an attorney, I would have sued both the owners and the property management company. Our health was severely affected. We were sick all the time. Black mold is bad for your health. In the end, a company came out and pulled out all of the insulation on the master bedroom and dining room walls. They did not, however, replace that insulation. They drywalled it and patched it for another day or incident. Spraying bleach isn't the same as having mold remediation. The.next person or family who renta 11351 Hilltop Road #203 will have extremely high utility bills like I did. They were $250 a month on an 1,800 sq. ft. condo. I know it's listed at 2,000 sq. ft., but it's not. Check the measurements. They will see the bedrooms on the corner have no ventilarion (it's just not connected), so in the Summer it will be so hot and in the Winter it will be so cold. The venting system isn't attached just like on the other condo opposite of this one. Ask their excellent maintaince.guys, esp. Charles. He's the best and knows the property very well. Did you know that a young man died on the property? I'm pretty sure that they have to disclose this information. He lived in the Annex building in A on the left aide. t was a terrible thing. He was a good, young man. The property management company and owners should be bound by law to tell you that in case it says your decision.
Negative experience: It always a great thing when someone does what they say will do. And it is truly amazing when they out perform what they promise you. Unfortunately, this was not the case with this business. I was referred to this PM company by a realtor friend, and after they dropped the ball several times promising to call me back and nothing, and much to my dismay, was told by Taylor (the owner) that they would not be a “good fit” to manage my property. Well thanks for wasting these last 4 business days for me as I’ve been patiently awaiting answers and working on finishing faulty documents that aren’t even formatted correctly or e-friendly. Don’t waste your time here.

Fantastic experience: This management team had always been so communicative. They are extremely helpful. They have prompt responses to any issues etc. I like that they have competitions for holiday doors and pumpkins. Makes it fun to reside with them. Also very helpful and understanding if you are having difficulties with being on time with rent if you are going through hard times. I would recommend them for anyone! As a single mom it’s so important to have helpful companies like this in my life. God knew I needed them and I’m so grateful.

Fantastic experience: Glory To God I've been living on one of the properties with ProsPM over a year now. Staff is friendly and very caring. Emily and Lisa will work with you. All you have to do is stay in communication with staff. No, place is perfect. If you have any problems Staff is on it. If there's an issue and maintenance is needed. Report it and maintenance is on it. In a reasonable time. Again, no place is perfect. But, they strive for a safe and clean environment on the properties. There's zero drug tolerance and disruptive conduct from tenants or guests. It's a quite and peaceful community. Making ProsPM your home would be a Awesome choice. Enjoy God's Blessings

Fantastic experience: I applied for a place at prospm and I spoke to a lady named Nettie. This being a first time search for my own place. She was very helpful to me, she walked me through everything. The process wasn't to hard once I found out where to apply.
Fantastic experience: I rented a property managed by Pros PM for about a year. The experience was very good. The property was always kept clean, and they responded to my maintenance request quickly. The technicians were always friendly and communicative on their arrival and repair process. Taylor was always very responsive whenever I would message her. If you are looking to rent a property managed by Pros PM, you won’t be disappointed, they are dependable property managers.
Negative experience: Do not rent on any property managed by Pros PM. They are the worst, rude and will add so many additional charges. Zero cooperation or understanding on their side, they threaten you with penalties, violations and eviction. Their residents don’t last but a few months unless they are full of patience. UPDATE Incorrect, I take my dog out on a leash and she did does her business all the way out. So perhaps your informant confused me with some of the residents that did had their big dogs off-leash playing free on the synthetic grass, reason why I am always careful with my small pet. Camara did the exact same job as the door-bell with camera that you do allow.
Negative experience: Absolutely the WORST properly management company! Avoid at all costs. They do not at all care about the tenant and do not hold the landlord accountable at all. There were toxins in the backyard from standing water from damaged sprinklers that almost killed my puppy - who got into it before we knew what it was. Told the property management company and their response was to tell me to buy my own fencing to keep my dog out of the area. Called them again over the course of the next couple of months asking them to test the soil as you could see it was green and moldy. They refused. Reported two bunnies that subsequently died in the area. They continued to ignore me for months. Finally when I called the city they sent someone out to place paving stones over part of the area. They’re not placed correctly and are uneven and not secured. Trying to cover up vs fix the issue before new tenants moved in as I was forced to leave beside of this. Subsequently my puppy almost died during her spay procedure due to clotting issues directly linked to the bacteria in the yard. Needless to say these heartless irresponsible people are the absolute worst. It also took months to just set up a doorbell. They ignore or cancel maintenance requests and then claim it was an accident when in reality one of the employees said the landlord was refusing to fix the issue despite being notified. Just awful. Should not be in business. UPDATE: My poor puppy has permanent liver damage directly related to the bacteria in the yard that they refused to correct, even the response below shows how irresponsible they are claiming they never confirmed there was bacteria- BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO TEST IT and it was leptospirosis which causes the clotting issues and liver damage. Ignorant. Irresponsible. Heartless. Oh and for renters who they’re over charging for cleaning fees - I had to educate them on what the law says about normal wear and tear. Don’t let them rip you off.

Fantastic experience: I moved into a house with ProsPM this year. The process was a breeze. The house is amazing for me and my daughter. Making payments is very easy and the staff are awesome. I would recommend PROSPM to anyone if you’re looking for somewhere to live! I’ve had 2 to 3 maintenance issues since moving in and they are took care of very quickly with the technicians communication being great!
Positive experience: We rented a home with ProsPM in Frisco for one year (Jul/23 - Jul/24). We left the home after one year and when we got the Security Deposit back they deducted a couple of fees related to house cleaning. We delivered this house cleaner than we first got! When we moved-in the house was not cleaned with dust in the floor and windows pretty dirty. We didn't complained at first. Then when we moved-out I spent the whole weekend cleaning the whole house as stated in the Lease contract. Me and my wife worked a whole Sunday cleaning the house and they not even got back to us after the inspection. They just deducted/charged from our Security Deposit. My heads up is to pay attention when you move-out! Take photos when you move-in and when you move-out. --- UPDATE on Sept 17th: After contacting ProsPM office via email ([email protected]) we came to an agreement on the cleaning charges.

Negative experience: They have no intensions of returning the deposit you put down. We did everything right per the move out sheet and they kept 1/2 of our deposit. Just know this going in. They make you clean carpet, then charge you to replace it. I for one will never give this company any business or positive reviews. They blame all on “the owner” and take no responsibility. Just as a follow up Again, they are not honest in their assessments. They claim nicotine and pet in a master closet. Absolutely not true. No one ever smoked in the home. We had the home carpets cleaned and Sanitized. My guess is the carpet was the original carpet and replaced at our expense. Again be very aware of these folks as they will for sure Rip you off. I have filed a claim with the BBB just so all know.
Positive experience: Laura absolutely SUCKS at customer service. If you’re having a bad day, interacting with her will only make it worse. If she happens to pick up the phone, hang up and dial again until you get a new person! Her approach is to literally do nothing at all to help and just exist. Everyone else has been nice and helpful. If you’re going to live anywhere they manage, do your best to NOT deal with her. She is honestly a waste of time to talk to. Edit: I want to exclude Taylor & Emily from my comments. They have been professional and kind as opposed to the other one. Everyone isn’t bad. The other one just leaves MUCH to be desired.
Fantastic experience: Taylor is the owner of this business and she is a consummate professional. I’ve never dealt with anyone more honest or fair. I’ve also worked with Emily and Amy from the office. These two ladies are ON IT! I called today and needed an electric meter and ASID number while I had TXU on hold on the other line. Amy had it within four minutes! Wow! How refreshing. Thank you to EACH of you for all your help. This is my second time working with Pros PM and they’ve done nothing other than deliver 100% of the time. THANK Y’ALL!

Fantastic experience: The Pros PM staff is exceptionally professional. While I have consistently dealt with Ms. Lisa Freeman for the last 18 months, all staff is friendly, responsive, and reliable. When I first moved into the Gastonian Apartments in July 2022, I did not have keys as we have electronics locks, which are normally left in the apartment; maintenance re-keyed both the front door and mailbox the next day - very responsive. Subsequently, the few maintenance issues I've had have been resolved within three days. Getting back to Ms. Freeman, she has responded quickly and reliably. While I've only lived in a handful of apartments over five decades, Pros PM is by far the best apartment management company I've had.

Negative experience: We lived in a house ran by pros on and Taylor completely screwed us by lieing ignoring going on vacation and not letting anyone in office give us notice of what was happening we were told we had to move in the last month after a new lease was already signed we were told we’d receive a email from her regarding other aspects of the house and legal papers witch she never did we never got our deposit back after cleaning top to bottom or even a reason as to why we never got anything back this is the worst unprofessional property management in Denton county and I will also be reporting this to a higher power since no one in there office can answer questions if I was you i wouldn’t move into a house ran by pros pm unless you wanna have a last minute notice to move and screwed on your deposit I even covered tack holes from pictures and not even one reason to why we never got a 2000 deposit back
Negative experience: This was my worst renting experience I have ever had due to the owner of the property and the management. I rented at 1504 Annex Avenue. ProsPM only cares about the owners of the properties they manage, not the tenant. First, after I had signed the lease, the leasing agent warned me about the management and how unprofessional the company was, and her intentions to quit. There was supposed to be a maid service for the apartment as I had mentioned it was dirty, and the tub did not drain. The first day I walked in for my lease, IT WAS STILL DIRTY. I received a rent credit, which I was happy for, but this was the start of my problems. Second, CONSTANT GAS LEAKS. Atmos had to be called 2-3 times because of gas leaking. I was hospitalized for the first leak on 11/1/2021 due to the negligence of the owner and management. Management and the owner refused to pay for the hospital bills. I also had to stay at a hotel due to this leak. On the phone, I talked to India about the situation, and she quickly got an attitude when I told her the cost of the hotel as if it was my fault for the prices of hotels within 20 minutes of my apartment. The second leak happened only two weeks later. On February 6th, the third leak occurred. On 5/28, my apartment severely smelled of gas and I called the emergency line, at the instructions of management, only to have no one answer my call 4 times. Atmos had to be called, and the emergency maintenance line was finally reached and informed of the problem. They said they dispatched someone immediately. Atmos showed up an hour later confirmed that there was gas leaking into my apartment, before emergency maintenance had shown up. When maintenance showed up, he also confirmed there was a gas smell. The 3rd party contractor ProsPM hired confirmed that the building needs new pipes and only patch jobs are being requested. Rather than fixing the problem, they offered to break my lease because they no longer wanted to hear about this problem. Third, the property is run down. The middle building did not have AC for most of the summer. My neighbors window was broken for months, despite telling the property manager about it. Bugs would fly in and he had to wait for management to act. The neighbors next to him had no AC all summer as well. They requested repairs, but the did not have AC by the time I moved out. My downstairs neighbor’s floor collapsed due to a plumbing issue, which seems to be a common issue at this complex. Fourth, they had the audacity to take a maid service fee from my deposit to clean my apartment. I have pictures and video of my apartment completely clean and left in way better condition than how they left it for me. The owner apparently does not have enough money to fix these apartments, pay for hospital bills due to their negligence, and apparently could not afford a maid service last year before I moved in. My total costs for hotels and hospital bills are $1515.01, not to mention lost wages from having to deal with these gas leaks. If you want to live at a complex where management and owners care more about saving money than helping you as a tenant, you should rent from ProsPM. Photos are of the trash they left for me after promising to order a maid service.
Negative experience: Horrible company. The apartments was nice, not best but comfortable and people nice and helpful. ProsPM came here. So many problems. No communication about major problems like heat or electric. They leave us without heater or hot water and tell us zero. We know nothing and have to suffer cold. No emails to let us know what happening. Pick any other company for rent. They take you money and leave you in cold for real.
Fantastic experience: While moving in one of my client's in a Pros PM property she was so excited about moving into her first apartment. It was late in the evening, and after she signed her lease electronically and we made it to the property we contacted the number for Pro's PM and just so happen to have spoken with a kind lady by the name of Serenthia Lucas. It was a few minutes before 5 and we could not gain access with the code that we were given. After numerous attempts to open the door Ms. Lucas was very patient with us as I stressed to her how excited the client was and she really wanted to move-in on that day. Ms. Lucas stated she was here to help us and she would not leave the call until she was assured that we were able to get inside of the apartment. Ms. Lucas eventually had to give us a different code for access but The client was so appreciative that Ms. Lucas stayed on the call and was very kind and patient. Once inside, the client absolutely loved her apartment and this was her first experience of having an apartment and she stated thanks to Ms. Serenthia Lucas it was everything that she hoped it would be and more. I would refer Pro's Pm to anyone that is looking for a nice community to live with excellent customer service and people who care. Thank You so much!
Negative experience: Unprofessional and willing to put peoples life at risk by not properly attending to not one, but FOUR gas leaks at my boyfriends apartment that he rented for a year. One was so bad he went to the hospital. Taylor and her people decided to break the lease off early only because my boyfriend kept complaining. There are tenants who live at these apartments and I’m in awe that she would rather break off a lease to be rid of an issue than to actually be concerned as to what’s going on in that apartment. If you own a complex and are earning money off it you should at least learn how to manage one properly and ensure the minimum safety requirements are met, it’s a run down one but people still live there. The tenants are all very nice people but it’s sad to see that this complex isn’t being maintained well by being neglected and there are issues that they would rather ignore than attend to.
Negative experience: I just moved into a unit owned by Prospm. The 1st issue I noticed was very slow response from property manager Taylor. No returned call backs slow to respond to emails I'm talking days w/eventual text. Unit was not thoroughly cleaned upon move in & lots of broken issues including microwave slow to replace & toilet leaking. Work orders were put in & completed however these issues should have been inspected by maintenance for make ready. Sometimes you can be in a urgent situation & need to move asap these are not some issues I expected to run into when renting. I've been a resident for a week now & my vehicle was towed on my 4th day here. Again. No response from Taylor the manager for a week now. This is supposed to be a enjoyous occasion but I am saddened & stressed w/concern & delay for my new beginning.
Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE Pros PM management, although there is 1 in particular I need to give the highest of compliments, Lisa F.... there is no words to truly explain just how wonderful she is! Lisa is kind, compassionate, understanding, & beyond excellent in her position @ Pros PM, without Lisa I'm not sure management would be the same. So THANK U LISA & THANK YOU PROS PM MANAGEMENT

I called with an issue and the reply was “we will get it take care of, give me a moment and someone will call you.”within 20 minutes Charles called. Charles was amazing and such a gentle soul! He went out of his way to make sure I knew what he was doing and busted out all his resources to get the part we needed and fix my problem. Pros PM for the win!!! Stellar team work!

Negative experience: “Pros Took over my building a few months ago and I notice a huge change. I like their responsiveness and professionalism and the improvements they have made to the complex. Ms. India , the manager literally even rescued this homeless puppy we found and adopted her. I love these people.” written 4 weeks prior to my move out. Check my update below. The post above was my original review until they took $300 of my $400 deposit fee for “deep cleaning” and “large scuff” on walls. Let me be clear apartments suppose to take care of normal wear and tare, but charged me for a made service to come in. It was a hand print on the wall. 3 baby crumbs in the refrigerator and dust in one drawer. With the paint issue I expressed I put it in my walk through sheet which they do not have anymore or can’t access it so they not honoring it. They actually asked me for a copy. I have never been late on my rent. Always have been a loyal tenant and I’m hurt that they will take my money like this. My air went out more than three times and not once did I make complaints. I still wrote a friendly review. My advice, Take pictures of everything if you move to the boxtree apartments. Make copies of all info you give them. As you can even see above at the comment I made prior to moving out I tried to get more residents just to help them out and to get this kind of treatment is beyond me.
