I cannot complain about this company at all. At first when we got approved for this rental, we were very skeptical because we’ve never heard about the company before, but Jessica and Alex are Amazing!!!!!! After Finding out we needed an AC replacement on Monday within Two days We had AC units in our home not only one, but three until the insurance company is able to fix it. Fantastic experience: This was my first time working with a property management company when renting my home and my experience with RentEasy has been nothing less than exceptional. My house needed extensive work before being placed on the market. RentEasy helped to make that process a smooth and efficient one. This included working with their contractors to get work done at reasonable prices versus me doing all of the contracting work myself. The marketing process went smooth as well and thanks to their guidance during the home preparation phases, I was able to get my house rented quickly, and for top dollar based on current market conditions.

Had one minor issue upon move in and they had someone out the next morning to fix it. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Fantastic experience: I have rented the same Condo from RentEasy for the last 2-1/2 years. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. If I ever needed anything, all I had to do was post the request on my tenant portal and I would get a response within 24 hours if not sooner. Getting repairs done was never an issue. Getting my questions answered was easy. All in all a good experience and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to rent.

I had questions about the application process and was expecting an email with a response but ended up having a phone call was very unexpected. Every time I’ve needed something fixed or replaced, they have been on it, and everyone has been extremely nice and even afterwards have checked to make sure that everything is still working perfectly. Even with my last incident at my unit, I received calls from a couple of different people at this company, checking to make sure that I was OK and that everything was being taken care of properly as well. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. It has been so easy to work with them.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled my call because I was considering renting my house out in the near future. Scheduling was a breeze, you can do it online and select your desired availability. I got a call from Sarah Miles who was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions after giving me a rundown of how their company works. There is a bit of a hefty one time first payment that comes out of the first month’s proceeds. However, after that, it goes to a flat fee for each month that is extremely reasonable for the access to documents, photos, guaranteed inspections from the property managers and LIVE 24 hour agents on duty to help me anytime a question arises. Renewals have a flat fee that is about third of the initial fee and very reasonable, especially in today’s rental market. My experience was wonderful today. Thank you Sarah for taking the time to answer my laundry, list of questions. When I do go to rent my home out, this will be the company that I choose!

Fantastic experience: After countless attempts of trying to schedule walk throughs trying to get a rental to meet our needs and our budget, we were very lucky to find Sarah. She gave us multiple options and her communication skills were top tier.
