Fantastic experience: Limehouse was very helpful, as a first time renter I had so many questions, however Belinda didn’t get annoyed at any and answered all my questions on a very timely manner. I would 100% go with limehouse again!

Negative experience: This is wild! I came to read the reviews because I thought the amount of fees was crazy and all the negative reviews have a response of “fake review” blah blah blah. I’m sure this one will too. There’s nothing I hate more than a bunch of fee’s and a company that isn’t humble. If a rental has a mandatory requirement that cost the renter money then just make it part of the rent. That RBP should not be an additional charge. For example the rental I was looking at is $1895 but with the RBP is really $1944.95. It honestly just gave scam vibes to me

Negative experience: I have lived in One of their properties on tidal Bay Lane for almost a year, and it has been the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Our air-conditioning has broken multiple times, our dishwasher was broken for almost 3 months which they were in no hurry whatsoever to replace, our fridge has been broken and has had to be replaced, our ceiling fan has been broken to which they are never in any rush to help us with any of these things. It is also very frustrating trying to get in contact with them. This place is not worth the money whatsoever.

Positive experience: Overall, the management company is good. However, the policy for sending the owner's share between the 10th and 12th of the month needs to be reviewed as it is inconvenient at times. Additionally, I would appreciate a management company that proactively keeps me updated on my property's status, instead of waiting for me to inquire and only informing me once I've noticed something.

We found out in a couple of days if we were approved for the house, which was great because there was interest from other renters as well. They are very quick to respond to messages and handle maintenance requests. I also like that renting through them helps build your credit score and they have a rewards program that gives you points for paying rent that you use for gift cards etc. Overall our experience with Limehouse has been great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or manage a property.
