Fantastic experience: If you want bed bugs this is the company for you! Will go out of their way to protect a owner with bed bugs and give the bed bugs to new properties! A great place to get a pest from! For the owner: I have contacted yall twice about the pests before having to flee the property for my safety. As for the disgusting pest situation, I have been available since 12/21/24 to discuss this. There were three different incidents of bed bugs while I was unfortunately leasing from this company. Tony Montegna was adamant that the pests never came from the building or any of the other seven units even though there were homeless squatters in unit 5 for over a month. He was sure they didn't come from the stack of mattresses left on the property for weeks, which yall also recieved photos of. Tony seemed to have knowledge where they were coming from and I assume he must have them himself to be so sure they were not coming from the property when your own technicians at Chemtech said you refused to let them inspect the other units in the building. I had to flee the property because it was made clear the tenant stalking, me would not have any consequences until I had proof of a violent attack and a police report tp back it up. I was unable to pay double rent and I will be doing what I can as a disabled veteran on a fixed income to right my shortcomings to return my credit. I however contest the damage done to the property as does evey other tenant you have worked with. I have more photos and I have no problem talking about why I have a much safer and happier home now Im free of my lease with location rentals.

Negative experience: Tried to view a property, was immediately told there was already an application and it "technically isn't available" ?? If there's not a deposit down and the application hasn't even been approved there's no possible way that it's not available anymore. When i told him that i was still interested in seeing the property (in case the other applicant decided to go w something else) he says he's not available to show anything until Next week?? How do you guys expect to lease properties if you don't even have availability to show them.

There wasn’t a day between submitting that application and getting approved that Bobby didn’t reach out to keep me updated! Negative experience: I been living in lubbock for over 8 years and always got my deposit back. I lived in this old apartment for 2 years. 2 bedrooms and suddenly they wanne raise my rent up by 175$ if I renew. Weeks later they posted the apartment at exact the amount that I have been paying after I gave my move out notice. One thing I didn't do was deep clean the apartment because im high risk pregnant and had no help. I got videos and pics of the damages that are minor. How do u add 1300$ in damages that are wear and tear. It doesn't cost 800$ to paint one wall. Anyways these people are a scam. Trust those comments people posted about your deposit. They come up with the craziest stuff. To pay up one nail hole they say its 75$. Whoever these people are they are desperate and its sad.They made a mistake and want me to pay their gas connection fee which im not responsible for. Replacing a carpet and patching up a hole isnt 1200$ and surly not going to pay 600 to clean a kitchen oven. I know multiple people who say the same about them. Just dont waste your time. You will be disappointed at the end.

Fantastic experience: So when we first moved in we had no idea what we would be getting ourselves into after being here for 6 months we have experienced the unthinkable. We had to get a new stove out in due to carbon monoxide leak through our home and then we had repeated sewer problems and plumbers did all they could till the city had to come out and redo the pipes under ground then we had our water heater messing up on us which we had to have. A new one put in and I will tell you one thing location rentals when they took over the property and our new owner they got on top of everything and they were on time with everything as well I have no complaints to have to say about them at all they are the best landlord and management team I've had in Lubbock to be exact they were never late and did the repairs immediately I would refer them to anyone so if you're looking for amazing rental companies I would refer them off the back they get the job done and they do it right with no hesitations what so ever I'm blessed to have them as our management team and our owner too. Thank ya so much for all ya do ya have been a true blessing to us ya came in and took over and got things done on time Shelley is an amazing owner and Jill is an amazing manager we love them for all they have done for us they have made our living experience here more pleasant than it ever was before once again thank you so much for all ya have done for us
