I joke with him about being his pickiest home buyer but he never gave up on me he showed me plenty of listings and when I settled on a home he made sure it passed all the proper inspections and made sure we were getting a good sound home with no issues I would definitely recommend Austin to anyone who is buying or selling a home. Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous on what to expect and how everything would go, but progressive property and more specifically Jolene Marie did the most amazing job in making this process as stress free as possible! Jolene made the whole process so seamless, she always kept us in the loop on everything, showed/reshowed us multiple houses, she treated us as family and made sure we got everything we asked for in a house! Fantastic experience: Josh Barrett worked with me for 6 months as I looked for a house. One house was an hour drive from Lubbock. He tolerated my ignorance and answered all of my questions during the home buying process .

Negative experience: I’ve had a frustrating experience with Progressive Properties. Despite having bought multiple properties from them, I encountered a major issue with their service. In one particular case, the real estate agent assured me that a loan I was taking out was a non-recourse loan, explicitly stating there would be no recourse. Unfortunately, it turned out there was recourse on the loan, and when I confronted the agents about this misinformation, they refused to take responsibility. The broker, who allegedly informed the agent that it was a non-recourse loan, also failed to address the issue. This lack of accountability is unacceptable and has severely impacted my trust in this agency. I would advise potential clients to be extremely cautious when dealing with Progressive Properties.

Fantastic experience: Josh was the best choice. I didn’t have to worry about anything, he took care of it all, whilst trying to get us the best offer/deals with the seller. Very communicative and was always willing to answer phone calls with questions I had, and he even gave recommendations on insurance, plumbers, electricians etc. 10/10. Thank you Josh!!

As an out-of-town buyer, there was never any doubt that my best interest was my team's priority. With the fast pace of the market, decisions had to be made, and documents had to be submitted VERY promptly--and let me tell you, I was NEVER left waiting on something from my team.The constant and consistent communication between my team and me was always very comforting. Negative experience: We recently purchased a home listed with progressive properties Brandon Tyler. We moved our family of 6 1200 miles from home in Ohio, to Wolfforth TX. Not knowing anyone here we thought we could trust this company things looked great when viewing the house (Which was owned by family of Brandon) you would think being. The owner of this company the house would have been In tip top shape. My husband is also a contractor and has flipped many homes in our home town in Ohio. We negotiated a lease with the sellers doing them a favor since their new house wasn’t ready yet which ended up being ridiculous but we loved the house so much we went with it. Our daughter has severe asthma and as it came closer to the date of moving into our new home we wanted to measure her bedroom as she is allergic to carpet, the sellers made it extremely difficult for us to do so. Even though we were their landlords we never had access to our home. So we waited until they were moved out which was 2 weeks before Christmas. The condition the house was left in was as if we bought a fixer upper the holes in the walls and carpeting down to the mold growing under the carpeting was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. (And this house passed inspection) it makes you wonder who their hook up is. So my husband and I spent close to a week right before Christmas ripping up 2000 square feet of carpeting and patching and painting the holes In the walls. Not to mention the amount of cleaning that went into this “move in ready” home I don’t think the people who lived here ever cleaned in the 9-10 years they lived here. And the cost of all the repairs was well beyond what anyone should have to pay for a move in ready home. We have contacted the state of Texas brokers only to find out these people found an as is clause in our contract that I or my husband and realtor failed to see. Very disappointed. We do love our home but would hate for anyone else to have to endure this especially if you are coming from out of state. We also never got keys or garage openers so we had to replace all the door locks and deadbolts and garage door opener. Also the seller had some serious anger issues and was served with criminal trespassing charges after he attacked my husband because he wanted the keys to our home. Like I said it’s over but we want people to know the kind of family we had to deal with. Welcome to Texas !!!!

Negative experience: Absolute crooks. Took advantage of my elderly mother. Also, half of these reviews aren’t from real people. Don’t trust these people.

Fantastic experience: Progressive Properties went above and beyond for us when we bought our first house. Kelci was great to work with. She was always very prompt on answering any questions we had and made the process fun and easy! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: We have moved multiple times, in multiple states, working with several different real estate agents. Brandon and his team are by far the best experience we've had. When they say "full service realtors", they really are. Not only are they good at what THEY do, their referrals to other professionals are excellent.

Negative experience: Do not recommend this place for rental! My mother passed away in a house we were renting a year ago so we could no longer pay rent due to loss of income. We talked to the first property manager and they said moving to a cheaper house would be okay, we started house hunting again. After finally finding a place, we let them know we were moving. They changed property managers without letting us know, and the new one was horrible and made us stay saying that we would owe thousands of dollars and how it is unfair to THEM. Everyday for a year until the lease was up was agony because we had to reside in the house my mom died in, and my family and I struggled to make ends meet. Greedy and inhumane people. Do not recommend at all .

Fantastic experience: Jaden and Kelci are a perfect team! My first contact with Progressive Properties was a phone call from Brandon, who got an earful since I already fired 3 realtors. (Sorry Brandon!) I'm so glad that I gave Progressive a shot at it! Jaden and Kelci always made me laugh and kept me up to date. I finally found an honest realtor. My house sold in 13 days! I had already moved across the big state of Texas and everything was in their hands. The only thing I had to do was sign papers and hand over my keys on the closing date!

Negative experience: We purchased a home that Progressive Properties “flipped.” After we had been here for a couple weeks, we began to realize that several things were done below standard; however, not immediately noticeable upon a walk through when considering a purchase. To list a few of those items: 1. Painting over outside rotting wood that actually needed to be replaced, but making it appear healthy in showing the home. 2. Repainting kitchen and bathroom cabinets with cheap water based paint, again, making the appearance look much better, when actually, it was sub-standard. (All that glitters is not gold). 3. Progressive Properties had agreed to replace a couple of faucets, and we trusted their verbal commitment (shame on us) we never saw those faucets even after repeated phone calls. If you are considering purchasing a flipped home from said company, I would view the home with a fine toothed comb. These are items that an inspector does not generally address.

Fantastic experience: Progressive is by far the BEST place for rental, me and my husband rented from progressive for 2 years and Jay is amazing!!! And now we bought our 1st home through progressive and Joshua S. Was freaking awesome he helped us the whole way on the home process I would recommend anyone to them!!!! They have been a blessing to my family!!!! Man words can’t explain how awesome Progressive is it not just any company they treated us like family and always welcomed!!!!!! #1 PLACE NO LIE!!!!
