Fantastic experience: David , a manager at Cettified Affordable Housing is great !! He took our housing application. He was wonderful, very non-judgmental, Smart, patient, nice . He was very good at explaining everything that you needed to do in order to become a tenant . I came in with more information than I needed , but it was very unorganized!! David didn’t have to do this, but he helped me organize my paperwork and paychecks for future use . I was so impressed that he was so meticulous to details , and he just was so careful, how he made everything easy for me , and he didn’t have to do that. They don’t pay him for that , but it just shows how much they take care of the customer even before they become a tenant ! It was a great experience and it stood out to me and I’m still organizing my documents the way he organized them for me !! He’s the perfect person to be in the office all the time, because he definitely goes above and beyond, just like Linette, even though they’re busy, they still have a way of making you feel special and like you’re important to the company!! Thank you David , so very much !!

Negative experience: Zero stars cause how you gonna tell me that there is little to no fix for a house but yet it turns out to be unlivable because of how many issues there are, get no help from the landlord and he is snobby and like to add a very large by law non accepted amount to a “late rent” fee, you get one of those if you are just a few minutes late to pay by the way.

The steps to get approved have been ever so easy at least for us we can’t speak on everyone’s situation. The contact between the property and us have been none the less but amazing! I don’t think we could ask for better set of landlords to work with us on our first across country move so thank you. The experience has been delightful so far. The house we toured as well was easy to complete and we absolutely loved the way it was portrayed with stuff that was wrong with it as well so thank you.

Negative experience: So house in levelland 901 Ave G. Looks nothing like the pictures they posted. I called and told them and they said that it will be fixed within 8 days. With windows busted out. Floor with mold. And again they wanted a 50$ application fee and 1,075 a month for it. When it looked nothing like it was showed. I told the lady and she wanted to argue with me about it saying they will fix it find it ridiculous that the kitchen floor doesn’t even look like what it shows in there pictures.
