There were several great restaurants and places nearby that we could visit. The house was as described and we felt right at home! We will definitely stay again when we return.

Fantastic experience: Excellent location within walking distance of Emory University. Very clean and peaceful, lots of light and very clean. Our daughter is at Emory and could come over and watch TV with us and hang out, to get out of the dorms for a few hours. Excellent place to stay!

Fantastic experience: We loved this place so much! The place was decorated so well, and still had that historic charm. The furniture was super comfy and the beds were very comfortable as well. The neighborhood was absolutely stunning, we loved going on walks in the afternoon to the park nearby. The restaurants are like a 3 minute walk, and there is a great variety. Loved the coffee shop nearby, Harbor Coffee. The host was extremely responsive and helpful the entire trip. We would absolutely stay there again!

Fantastic experience: This, indeed was a 5⭐️ stay. The home was beautiful, fresh and airy. The atrium living room is even prettier (and more comfortable) than the pictures suggest- I don’t know how they did it! It was easy to feel right at home because they not only thought of everything, they attended to any need at a text’s notice. This home is centrally located with easy access to food, fun and the highway.

The location is unbeatable-we were just steps away from some of the best eateries and boutiques in Virginia Highland. The apartment itself is stunning, with a very on-trend aesthetic that felt curated yet cozy. It's rare to find a place that looks this good but is also genuinely comfortable. This was my second stay in a Minty property. They are fantastic hosts; it's clear they consider every aspect of the guest experience. From the seamless check-in to the thoughtful amenities, everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back!"

Fantastic experience: The apartment was perfect for a 9 day stay as it had everything you needed. This is my first stay with Minty Living and have to say they excelled as host given how nicely laid out the instructions were - made it super easy to find the apartment, know exactly where to park ahead of time and the toiletries/bath products provided were really nice. The location is great as you're next to Piedmont Park and walking distance to a lot of restaurants down the street. The apartment is on a second floor, so you have to walk up a steep driveway and a set of stairs to get from the parking spot to the unit - wasn't an issue for me but to consider if you have limited mobility. Would highly recommend.

We loved how close we were to great restaurants, coffee shops, and walking paths. Check‑in was smooth, and communication with the host was consistently responsive and kind. The driveway was a little tight and steep going down to the 2 car garage but we manage to always park in front of the house. If you’re looking for a stay that blends convenience, comfort, and a true neighborhood feel, this home is an excellent choice."

Fantastic experience: Atlanta Amberline Arbor is a work of art. Designed to allow for serene relaxation in nature and creative designed home furnishings. With two floor of expansiva living space, there was plenty room for our family of 6. We enjoyed our breakfast on the elevated screened rear deck bird watching and listening to the flowing stream below. Workouts were easily accomomplished on the Paleton, followed by an invigorating steam shower. We were able to utilize the study spaces for work and reading. Meal preparation was a breeze with the modern appliances including the streamlined stove top and convection oven. With 3.5 bathrooms it was easy for everyone to get ready for our full day Atlanta outings! Returning back to this sanctuary in the city, we all rested well in the cozy beds and bedding provided. Waiting His and Her robes was a lovely addition. It is a treat to spend time in this home with the sights and sounds of art and nature all around.

Fantastic experience: We spent Christmas at Silver Stallion while my husband was required to stay near Emory following treatments. It was the perfect home away from home for our family to be together! We enjoyed all the comfy spaces - indoors & outdoors.

It had a nice back patio area for relaxing. The location was central & a close drive to restaurants & shops. The neighborhood was quiet, seemed family friendly, & felt very safe. Minty's reps were easy to communicate with, very responsive, & proactive. Highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience: We were very impressed with our unit. Layout was ideal with living areas on the main floor and all bedrooms upstairs (and on a separate HVAC unit which is even better). Neighborhood was highly walkable; unit is just a block from Ponce City Market. The beds were all super comfortable, high quality linens, and the host was incredibly responsive to all of our needs. They even sent a tech out on a holiday to fix a thermostat issue. Will definitely stay with this host again.

Fantastic experience: "Staying at this place was well worth the funds. Close to the beltline, close to the highway but not that close that you could hear traffic. Nice and cozy. I had two pets and the place was comfortable for them as well. You could literally park your car and walk to everything. The host was very on top of communication. I'm booking next month because it was my vibe! One observation that could be corrected, was the backyard was very dark that I had to buy a flashlight. It's a minor fix but everything else was 10-10 for me."

I could chill with their freshly ground coffee on a first floor back porch or a cute covered porch on the upstairs floor also. This company utilizes vegan cruelty free products as well! The location couldn’t have been better: right on the BeltLine, steps away from cafés, shops, and the vibrant flow of people jogging, dining, and enjoying the city. Parking was safe and convenient, and I felt completely at ease knowing my car was secure in the garage. The entire atmosphere made my stay feel peaceful, elevated, and connected to everything Atlanta offers. Every interaction with the Minty Living team was excellent. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful—offering recommendations and even additional rental options when I needed to extend my stay. Fantastic experience: "I stayed at Cherry Cola for almost three weeks while my home was being renovated and loved it! The house was exactly as described and immaculate. It was very well appointed with everything you could/would need and the bed in the primary bedroom was SO comfortable! Loved the screened in porch and the fenced in yard for my dogs. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and the location is convenient to much of ATL. I didn't take many photos but trust me, everything you see online is exactly how you will find the place. My pups give it a ringing endorsement as well! Communication was excellent and everyone I communicated with was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend both this property AND Minty Living!"

Fantastic experience: I've stayed in many places in many states and countries and the one, managed by Minty Living, was by far my favorite. It perfectly combined the comfort of home with the luxury of a hotel - beautiful furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, bathrobes and slippers, and a dreamy king bed. You'll feel immediately at home. I didn't want to leave. It was the cleanest I've ever seen a home and, with all of the cleaning supplies available in the house, we kept it that way. The location is PERFECT. It's a beautiful and walkable neighborhood just steps from the beltline. You can't beat it.

Fantastic experience: A couple months ago I reserved an Airbnb through Minty Living. I was having difficulties with the process (partly due to complications because of an unusual feature of the reservation), until a help representative named Faith took over and patiently helped me work through it. She was a life-saver! Then just a few days before it was time to occupy the property, another problem arose (involving flights and the government shutdown), that caused out-of-town guests to cancel the reservation at the last minute. Again, I was struggling to work quickly through the process and try to get an exception to a late-cancellation charge. I had just given up when suddenly I got a note from Faith, who recognized my name from before, and offered to help. Next thing I knew, the reservation was cancelled with a 100% refund. We will be using Minty in the future, in a large part because of one person's patience, initiative, and helpful, friendly personality. To Minty: Hang onto Faith with both hands! She is the best customer service rep I've ever dealth with.

Fantastic experience: "We came to see our daughter at Emory. We were going to stay in a hotel 10 minutes away. Then we found this. So close to the campus and cheaper than the hotel. Parking. Clean. Smallish but perfect. Looks like the photos. Overall, an amazing place. We will be booking again. Worth all the extra document hassle up front."

Fantastic experience: I really liked May's place. We stayed here for One Music Fest and it was right across the street from the park. Really walkable, great area, and very comfortable. I also liked the design of the studio. We'd stay here again.

Negative experience: Do NOT trust or book with this company. You jump through hoops to prove you are a “real” person and then 4 months before your scheduled stay they tell you another guest has extended their stay and your booking is no longer available. Ridiculously unprofessional. AVOID ANY listing by Minty.

Negative experience: Came in 6:00pm code not working cannot get into Airbnb that we prepared for a week, nobody answering. Definitely would not recommend this unless you are my hated enemy. Edit: Company owned up a big time. Sent 2 people overnight one with broken baby crib another one with working. Updating the a three star review because of extreme ownership of the situation. Not a 5 star because I should not be experiencing all of the inconvenienceas especially for the services we paid for. Edit again. Changing to 2 stars. Absolutely atrocious wifi. I can't even watch a 10 minute video.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood, this is the place to go! An easy walk to several areas and restaurants. We had a great stay!

Negative experience: These people are money hungry!! I was left stranded at 1 AM because they were not communicative. They have too many hands in the pot and do not communicate with each other!! When I got to my AirBnB they left me stranded for an entire hour before I even heard from someone!! DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LEFT STRANDED!!

Fantastic experience: We had a great stay at one of the properties. The team was super responsive and sent out cleaners when we contacted them about the porch not being super clean. It was a great experience! Will definitely stay with them again :)

Negative experience: Property the owner kicked my family and everyone out. She said texted me talking about having black person renting the property was so rude wanted to call the cops as I am a white person friends with black people and dating a black person. Also judging my forensic as she is gay and said ur suppose to be a black female not a man. Truly never rent here she is a awful person will make sure if you fly here and make sure u have no where to go

Negative experience: Avoid this service if you can. I really wanted to like this place and for a second I thought I found a great alternative to Airbnb but now I regret straying from the platform. I've had a TERRIBLE experience. I didn't want to believe the negative reviews but I wish I had taken them more seriously. Over the course of 4 weeks I had several issues in the apartment that led to major maintenance requests (4 for plumbing - 3 for the toilet specifically, 2 about pest control, 3 for the wifi, and once the electricity went down for several hours). One of the chairs was broken on arrival. I really wanted to like this company and the property I stayed at but the issues just got to be too much. It felt like every couple of days I was fielding some issue in the apartment instead of just being able to work from home like I originally planned. To make matters worse, it was things that extended beyond minor inconveniences. One day I can't use the restroom, then I'm dealing with pests entering the unit, then I"m dealing with the wifi going down (which the last time it happened was during the day of my online job interview). The dryer doesn't dry well so your clothes stay wet. The experience team was responsive but what's the point if the properties aren't maintained? Who wants to spend their trip averting a crisis every 4 days? Even today, instead of doing the work I originally planned, I've spent it packing, arranging for my travel and accommodations to move elsewhere. In the end, I woke up to a roach invasion in my living room. A few days before that the kitchen sink had broken down (again the plumbing) and I was done. They offered to relocate me but it's too late for me to do another move. They charged me for my whole stay despite me leaving early. Just a terrible, terrible experience. If you take anything away from this, don't roll the dice by working with this company. Just stick to Airbnb or a friend or a hotel. I promise you whatever they are offering is not worth it. The prices look cheap because that's what you're getting, a cheap experience. It is not worth the inconveniences, the pests, the property issues. The Experience team is respectful but the actually experience living in the property isn't great. I've added some of our conversations. The roach invasion I didn't get on camera, I was too worked up trying to get them to scatter once I saw them all but I did take a photo of the first critter I found (before the others joined the party). I've attached it here for your enjoyment. If you want to sleep with roaches and do side quests in the middle of the night for a restroom, by all means book their rooms. Don't say I didn't warn you. -- Update: A month later I had to reach back out to think because I was still getting charged weekly a $500 preauth for staying with them even though I finished my stay a month prior. Again... don't say I didn't warn you.

Negative experience: We were excited to stay in their home, but our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, check-in was delayed — we couldn’t access the property at 4 PM as promised and were told to wait while repairs were made to a broken master bed. With my disabled wife and 4-year-old child, it was uncomfortable being asked to allow maintenance workers inside while we were already unpacked. The home wasn’t truly ready for us until after 7 PM. When we finally entered, we were shocked by the condition. The floors were filthy, the bathrooms had not been cleaned properly — including evidence of defecation left behind — and the trash bins were overflowing with ants crawling everywhere. The kitchen was equally disturbing: the refrigerator, stove, and backsplash were grimy, and there were no real amenities, only two towels for the entire home. Hair was found throughout the house — in the bathrooms, on the floors, and even on the bedding. To make matters worse, one of the beds had visible stains that looked like blood or red smears. We were told someone could come clean the next day, but after seeing the state of the home, we couldn’t spend even one night there. We spent over five hours cleaning just to make it livable for our family. When we requested a refund for the cleaning fee, Minty denied it, stating that they offered to send someone the following day — well after 1 PM — which was far too late to make things right. The home itself has potential and could be beautiful, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and management are highly questionable. For the price and promise of comfort, this experience was unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: This was the perfect Airbnb for Shaky Knees music festival! The festival entrance was right outside the front door. The location was also great for walking to restaurants and other shows. We were impressed with our host, who was super responsive in resolving our one issue: The front window initially was not covered well enough. They sent someone out the next day with an extra curtain and fixed the problem perfectly!

Negative experience: I rarely leave negative reviews, but guests should know what to expect. Check-in was stressful. The building uses an unsecure shared lockbox, and when we arrived late at night another tenant had taken the keys. We were stuck outside for over 30 minutes until another guest finally let us in. The photos showed a completely different unit, and the listing itself said a queen bed and walk-in shower. In reality, there was a full bed and a deep tub. I have an injured knee and limited mobility, so the tub was unsafe for me to use. Both the shower and bed size were important factors in booking, and had I known the truth I would not have chosen this property. When I raised these issues, the host was rude, dismissive, and gaslit me instead of taking responsibility. After more than 5 days of back-and-forth, they refused any real resolution other than a meaningless “Minty credit” for a future stay, which felt like a slap in the face.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of staying at a Minty property twice, thus far, and it is always a seamless, easy experience! The properties have been both gorgeous and peaceful, and are always near local hot spots and attractions. Hands down, their customer service is top tier and I also love that I can find Minty properties on just about any property rental platform from AirBnB to Marriott Homes & Villas (which I really love because I can earn travel points for my stay)! From now on, my default search will always be Minty Living properties because they are truly the best!

Fantastic experience: "Wish I lived here Fully stocked and very clean. Upon entering, it smelled lovely and not like cheap cleaner fluid. They provide lovely amenities like soft robes and slippers, which I've never experienced and appreciated greatly! The kitchen is stocked to do some basic cooking, but it's large and lovely with modern appliances. There's washer and dryer as well as some detergent. I can't say enough good things about my stay. I want to stay here any time I visit, no exceptions! The most organized stay with very communicable owners. Thank you!"

From my husband Bill who is a general contractor: "Your guest house is well put together and so tastefully decorated. I loved it and wish we could have stayed longer." We didn't have time this trip to enjoy sitting and relaxing on the porch overlooking a shady lush green yard. It also felt very safe, which is important to me. So I recommend it highly !"

Fantastic experience: Always love booking with Minty Living as the host. They are proactive, friendly and each house/apartment is always clean, has a designer touch and daily essentials available so I can settle in quick. This unit is even more beautiful than the pictures, spacious, clean and tucked back so it feels more private. Walking distance to Krog street market and the other great restaurants/bars in Inman Park neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: This place is the perfect location with so many cool shops and everything you could need walking distance! The place is also the perfect amount of space for 2 people with such a cute, vintage vibe that feels like your own historic apartment with everything you could possibly need! The hosts were super communicative/accommodating and were able to work with us on and off app and were fantastic 10/10 experience!

Negative experience: Wish we could give a zero because that's what I've gotten from Minty Living. I booked a place for my sons and I back in December 2024 so we could be near the Shaky Knees Festival 2025. Minty Living took over the booking for the unit from the prior management company and cancelled my booking in April, notifying me by email (not phone). When I checked my email and found theirs buried in my emails from April, I contacted them and they assured me my reservation was ok, allaying my fears. We even texted about this situation a few weeks ago. Again- more assurance that all was fine. They even offered me 10% off for my troubles. Guess who contacted me 3 weeks before the festival to tell me they had rebooked the place I booked 8.5 months ago? Good 'ol Minty Living. Do not book through this agency for a VRBO, and if you are brave enough to do so, check-in weekly to make sure they don't rebook your booking on you. I cannot stress enough how shady this feels to me. Thankfully, VRBO understood and refunded my money. Check. Your. Reservations. With. This. Company! And to date, I haven't received that promised 10% back. Ha! I won't be holding my breath and if you book through VRBO with them, be vigilant!

Fantastic experience: This home was a gorgeous space located in an amazing location! We were steps away from fun bars and amazing restaurants and also had the cutest back entrance to Piedmont parks at the end of the block. The space itself was pristine and expertly designed. I'd highly recommend Minty Living homes to anyone visiting Atlanta. I literally have zero notes or feedback to give and can only hope to have the opportunity to stay here again the next time I'm in town! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Minty was a wonderful host! Check-in and check-out were seamless. The basement apartment was compact yet felt surprisingly spacious-we had plenty of room to spread out all our DragonCon costumes. The location was ideal: close enough to downtown for a quick Lyft ride, yet far enough away to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: "I lived in Atlanta for twenty years and recently sold my home to relocate to France. During my transition, I found this charming 1920s four-plex in Little Five Points/Midtown to be the perfect haven - quiet, full of character, and incredibly well-located. Everything I needed was nearby, including a Starbucks just across the street, with easy access to all points in Midtown, Downtowm, Grant Park and more. The apartment looks exactly like the photos online. I especially appreciated the lovely room with a desk - as a writer, that mattered greatly to me. Both the kitchen and bathroom are beautifully updated with thoughtful details and are very well equipped. I would happily choose this apartment again whenever I return to Atlanta."

Fantastic experience: "I loved this place! It was perfect for what I needed as a single female. Lively, safe location, walkable to so many things. It was just as pictured and Minty was always incredibly responsive. Having a washer/dryer was also really nice."

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely stay at La Casa. Spacious and well-appointed. Centrally-located to everything in the Atlanta area, and a short walk to the Zoo Atlanta & Grant Park. There's even a free "Little Library" right across the street. The host had thought of everything for our 8-night stay. We felt right at home. The house is pretty old but renovated so has some quirks. Overall very charming and the host is very responsive for any thing - big or small - that may come up. I'd highly recommend Minty and his home, La Casa!

Fantastic experience: "Ranchero is fantastic! Super close to Emory and great restaurants in Morningside (Whiskey Bird, The Family Dog) and Virginia Highlands (Ela, Barbacoa). The space was perfect - comfy bedrooms with great closet space, very functional kitchen, inviting living room with dining space and separate office space. I especially loved the French doors opening to the outdoor-wooded area that was serene and private. I had a long stay and used every part of the house, enjoyed walking through adjacent neighborhoods, and found lots of good running routes. It exceeded my expectations. The minty hosts were very communicative. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Highly recommend."

Fantastic experience: "5 stars! After our house flooded and we had to relocate for renovations, the Savannah Safari house in Cabbagetown was the perfect landing spot. We rented for two weeks and what struck me was the absolute quiet of the street and neighborhood. Our neighborhood is close by, but we would love to have this kind of silence and great sleep at our own home. The place was super clean, linens were high end 100% cotton and uber soft. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with a two week stay we cooked often. However, we did find time for several visits to our favorite Jen Chan's restaurant around the corner. Simply, Savannah Safari has it all. Thank you!"

Fantastic experience: Loved staying here, it's beautifully designed. Has an attic suite on the second floor, so perfect for groups. Host was easy to deal with, always quickly responsive.

Fantastic experience: Minty is a very responsive and customer focused company. The accommodation we rented was spacious and within walking distance of Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

Fantastic experience: This place was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and most importantly, the hosts were constantly checking in to see how things were going, if I had any questions, and if I needed anything. Wonderful stay!

Fantastic experience: I needed an extended stay and Minty's apartment was perfect. I felt right at home. It is comfortable with a stocked laundry and a kitchen, and a beautiful neighborhood. Minty's instructions were clear, and they responded immediately when I had some trouble unlocking the door on my initial visit.

Fantastic experience: " The carriage house is in back of a super nice home in a super nice neighborhood. I literally walked around the corner and am on Peachtree with world class museums Right there and restaurants galore and just wow. Then, there's beautiful parks starting right across the street then Piedmont park with its half mile track and a NYC Central Park-worthy view of downtown amazing. The home is super nice all the kitchen stuff you need all stainless steel and we cooked in on the range and oven just like home. This place has it all. We stayed a week and we slept so great it's super quiet. "

Fantastic experience: If you're looking or the perfect spot, THIS IS IT! Quiet yet close to literally everything! Ponce Market was a within minutes of walking and full of food, entertainment and shopping options, even a grocery store! They also had electric scooters for rent in the area and a robust farmers market. The park and playground on the corner was perfect for my younger kids. My teenagers enjoyed the abundance of space in the house and the ability to walk to everything! Also super close to the airport and all of the major tourist attractions. Nothing was more than a 10 minute drive away. We're already planning our next trip back, just so we can explore this neighborhood a little more!

Fantastic experience: This house is heavenly, I felt like I was in a cabin in the middle of nowhere, while also in the heart of Cabbagetown and walking distance to the Beltline. The enclosed porch is a great place to have your coffee or tea in the morning and watch birds play. Hosts very sweet/accommodating.

Fantastic experience: This nice home was walking distance to the Beltline trail, many restaurants and overall a peaceful neighborhood. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures but everything posted was accurate I felt right at home.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. This company appears to be void of ethics. Was told just before check in that the space I booked originally was unavailable and I’d need to choose another. Keying issues at check in as well. Annoying inconveniences but I was willing to look past it. Only worse from there. The unit I was moved to had a broken air conditioning system. 80 degrees and so humid it was difficult to breathe while in the apartment let alone stop sweating. I contacted the host repeatedly that afternoon and evening looking for assistance. All they could do was send me YouTube videos on how to operate the thermostat. Nothing worked and I sent updates into the evening still looking for real assistance. Sweating all night with little sleep I tried freezing washcloths at 3:00 am to sit on my skin and hopefully get some Zzz’s. They finally sent someone to look the next day, and I was told the freon needed to be recharged which could take all day. They wanted me to move units for a THIRD time or wait for the service call. At this time I had spent hours corresponding with them and interrupting my trip trying to deal with the issue. When I asked to cancel the rest of my stay and depart early they continued to push back. It seemed we’d eventually reached an agreement that I could depart early and receive a refund, but when I did this they denied the refund through Airbnb. I was there less than 24 hours of my 3 day booking, and it took all of my time and mental energy while there as I tried to work out an issue they stuck me with. Complete lack of integrity here. Highly advise against using this company. Avoid them on Airbnb + VRBO too.

Fantastic experience: Second time staying at one of their fabulous properties with family and it has consistently lived up to all our expectations. Their overall attention to detail is beyond what you would find at most homes.

Positive experience: "Great place with a lot to do nearby and very walkable. I stayed for three months and really enjoyed the location. The unit has a designated parking spot, but it's tight if you're driving a truck. Some nights can be a bit noisy due to nearby live bands, but overall a solid stay. House was built in 1920 and has been renovated."

The location is prime for dining, shopping and of course a nice stroll through Grant Park! Highly recommend! Communication was exceptional."

Fantastic experience: Minty Living’s Pop Fiction in atlanta, GA has a super cool vibe. Great interior design. Lovely kitchen. Fenced in back yard was great for dogs. Shopping/target/krog/coffee shops were all walkable. Marta station super close too. Minty might seem to have a lot of rules, but that's how they maintain superior quality."
