They came to the initial meeting prepared with relevant comps and incorporated our thoughts on initial listing price. They offered great suggestions for a few quick and easy touch ups, which we took care of right away so they could take photos (which were amazing), and list it. It was listed on a Thursday, we had an open house that Saturday and it was under contract (over asking!!!) by Monday. Over asking was key as it allowed us to do a few of the odds and ends repairs following the inspection with no impact to the money we desired to net in the transaction.
