Fantastic experience: Our MUD district has worked in conjunction with the Parkway Oaks HOA on several projects. Tabitha Ross has always been extremely responsive with any questions and has corresponded in a highly professional manner at all times. It has been a pleasure working with Tabitha and I hope to continue that relationship.

Negative experience: This company looks for anything and everything to control every aspect of your front yard. They will burden you with notices and warnings, arriving all on the same day with a vague description to meet their stipulations and when they don't do it right they will charge you a fee. Good luck getting the fee reversed! It has been over a month and I still only have an AI response to tell me no need to call anyone and maybe some of these links could help. They will also tell you that the issue is resolved and the board will come back and decide that it isn't. Go find a company that actually cares about you and has real people servicing the community.

Not only did he walk me through the process I needed help with but he was so kindhearted. Thank you Bryan H. for your great customer service and also for being a compassionate human being. Your kindness is appreciated and just what I needed today. It’s rare that you get someone that cares about the situation you are going through even though it really had nothing to do with my call. Fantastic experience: I am a 22 year resident/property owner of Walden on Lake Houston. The first 15 or so years was extraordinarily painful, always in opposition of the communities betterment. Always in conflict with the matters or the issues that concern is (property owners). Our community had been in constant decline by the inaction of our previous management company to a point that the harmonious (???) living became stressful and challenging even to the point that litigation was necessary to get the basic duties of our association to even respond. After extensive research SpectrumAM landed in our laps. SpectrumAM management and its entire staff have been a remarkable change. In that it has culminated into an incredibly awesome turn around in capital improvements of our community that have been long over due. I’ve since become Chair of one Committee and sit on another and now a sitting Board Of Director/Secretary. SpectrumAM, has been a true blessing. I do not possess the verbiage to express what a positive difference SpectrumAM has made. The community has become a wonderful place to live. Whether you are a young new family, senior citizen, LGBTQ ️‍ a person with Disability ♿️ and culturally diverse welcoming all to Our Community. SpectrumAM is always available. It’s truly amazing what “real property management is about. Jose S., Sally A., Jennifer, Veronica, are simply an outstanding team. They are very diligent and extremely proactive to assist in whatever our needs are. Even our “wants” or they figured out and make into reality. My most recent committee seat has been a true learning experience. It has allows me to be part in making Walden on Lake Houston better, working (volunteering) my time and resources because I see SpectrumAM is making a HUGE DIFFERENCE. Dashe Hammonds whom manages the newest committee I’m seated on has been so awesome. Always available, very knowledgeable and experienced in a very professional yet personable manner. Fantastic experience: Our ACC application was submitted online and approved in two days' time. The online application was easy to complete and listed when additional information was needed such as property maps and product information. Additionally, more information such as pictures could be added after the submission. Overall, it was very easy and the time to approval was extremely fast.

Positive experience: using their system was a little tough at first, but after requesting a phone call meeting, things became easier. don't mind using their system at all, well done!

She does not hesitate to come on the grounds of the community as needed. Monique keeps us abreast of updated information that specifically benefits our community.

Negative experience: There’s a troubling pattern of disproportionately aggressive enforcement actions directed at senior citizens by Spectrum Management Association. Elderly homeowners often face stricter penalties, less flexibility, and colder communication compared to others. This behavior suggests a lack of empathy and understanding for a vulnerable group that may require more support, not pressure. Such targeting creates fear and resentment, damaging community trust and raising ethical concerns about how policies are applied and by whom. If you love your neighbors, think twice before hiring them.

Fantastic experience: Today I had the most wonderful experience visiting Spectrum AM! I stopped by to get pool passes, and from the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. I was warmly greeted, offered water, and guided through the entire process with patience and care. Mandy Johnson and Hazel, the receptionist, went above and beyond—taking their time to assist me, answering all my questions, and showing genuine kindness throughout. Their thoughtful and professional approach made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. Truly top-notch customer service!

Positive experience: I give it 4 stars, only because Tabitha Ross helped me fix a problem with the pool access key. I had already sent other emails and they didn't know how to help me or pay attention to my problem. However, she did pay attention to the problem, gave it a solution, and was very kind, attentive, and patient in explaining it to me.

Fantastic experience: Had it not been for the manager I would have gave up in total frustration trying to obtain a key pass to the pool myself. She has the greatest amount of patience and she did not get frustrated with dealing with a senior and she made the process extremely easy.

Negative experience: Spectrum Management has become a symbol of mismanagement and disregard for homeowners’ rights. Their poor communication is not just negligent—it seems designed to create delays, confusion, and ultimately profit through penalties and fees. More troubling is how they manipulate the Board of Directors, turning members into puppets who side with Spectrum instead of representing homeowners. What should be a service-oriented organization has become a circus of chaos, control, and exploitation.

Fantastic experience: I would like to recognize our community manager Tabitha Ross for helping me today with pool passes. I recieved the pool opening notice and it had in highlight contact link if you need help with pass. I chose it could I needed to add a family member to my list to have access to the pool. It was a good thing I reached out today before the holiday weekend because there was a software upgrade and none of our passes would have worked. That would have upset the little ones for sure. Anyway, I emailed to the link provided and Tabitha was able to upgrade our current passes and add our new one quickly. So now we are ready for summer break from schools and enjoying our community pool. Thank you Tabitha for your quick response. We appreciate it. The Grants

Fantastic experience: Randy was extraordinary. Very responsive and customer oriented. The process of obtaining approval for a pool installation took about a week (working days). I was and remain impressed with this entire process.

Negative experience: They have had us locked out of our spectrum account for going on 2 years now. The entire time they rack up late fees wrongfully. Absolutely subpar service. We have done everything they asked and they do nothing in return but add more late fees.
