Fantastic experience: Despite Taylor Swift... that went great! Despite all the Taylor Swift shows on the calendar past and future, Leslie and Heather were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. This was not the easiest of transactions but they took each challenge (and international arena show) in stride and got us to the closing as promised. Even Hurricane Francine only managed to delay us a single day. 10/10 would friendship bracelet again.

Fantastic experience: Leslie is someone that will bend over backwards (and even drive to the Northshore of New Orleans) to make your vision a reality. I admire the hustle and care she put toward getting my family and I exactly what we always wanted. She helped us obtain a dream life, not just a dream home. She answered every text, call, email promptly and kept everything as real as it gets. As someone who cannot stand to be not in control of every detail, I was surprisingly relaxed and relatively stress-free throughout the entire process - the timeline of which was completely sped up. We started the process in late January 2018 with an email that said "Hey, I know we can't possibly get this house because we aren't ready yet, but this is the exact house I would want..." and her reply was something along the lines of "Are you sure you can't get it?" We closed March 1st. It's not easy to manage the (sometimes unrealistic) expectations of clients, but Leslie sure makes it seem that way. It's almost a shame we found the last home we'll ever live in, because it would be a pleasure to work with Ms. Heindel again.

Having known Leslie for many years and worked with her several times, I have been continually amazed that she is not only highly competent, knowledgeable, and professional, she is also generous, courteous, and kind. Fantastic experience: The Perfect Choice. As a resident of Pennsylvania, I was faced with the daunting task of selling my friend's house in Algiers Point as part of her estate. Both Leslie and Heather were highly recommended, but I chose to interview several realtors before making my decision. I was impressed with them both at our initial meeting, and after choosing them, that feeling increased. They were upfront and honest with me from the beginning about the current market and the changing market as time passed. There were even a few things that I didn't think that the seller would address, but she pushed for me, and I even got a new A/C out of the deal! Amazing! Additionally, the apps that she and the lender used made everything so clear and simple. It would have been much harder had I had to drive all over town to sign all of the paperwork. After closing, she also referred me to a locksmith and moving company that were quality. I have been overjoyed everyday since! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: There͏ is no one better than Leslie, let me tell you why. I hate that I only have 2000 characters to summarize my purchases, yes, ‘S’ with Leslie. I ask for floor plans, she has a gal for that. I ask for a fence repair, she has a guy for that. I need to be the the first person in the door because I am positive that I am going to want to put an offer in before I even step in the door, she makes it happen. My first buy was 2015 and she made sure that I had all my ducks in a row and held my hand through the process. All of her help was the sole reason that I ended up with the little house of my dreams when there were multiple offers, some of them more than mine. Now, the next will be property #4 and I know it’s hard to believe, but she is even more amazing than day 1. Do yourself a favor and experience what it is like to do business with someone who is honest, passionate about what they do, meticulous with details and efficient as heck. You’ll never purchase a property with anyone else afterward.

Negative experience: Leslie is an openly Anti-Investor Realtor. She personally promotes a WOKE organization advocating for rent caps and $400.00 rent. Yeah, like that will pay the $2,800 mortgage on my rental property. Never trust an altruistic Realtor with no skin in the game.

Long story short: I live in Portland, Oregon and my elderly Mom's house needed to be sold and needed work done.
