Fantastic experience: I have used Dawn for many transactions over the years. I find her to be professional, through and on top of things. This last transaction was more time consuming because we were looking for a very specific property. It took a while to find it, but Dawn persevered. Once we found it, Dawn helped get it closed. She had names of trades to do the work needed. she had a mortgage broker that was easy to deal with, and she was always there to help solve problems.
