Fantastic experience: This is the second home we (husband and I) sold, but the first time we used Villa Real Estate Group. We had just had to evict our prior tenants and our house was left in a terrible state. Unsure if we should sell as is or renovate, we reached out to Ignacio Villanueva. Ignacio provided us with several options, one of which included keeping the home as a rental. Because Ignacio is in the business of selling homes, one would think that he would have omitted the possibility of keeping the home as a rental, but he did not. That is how I knew he had our best interest at heart and was not just in it for himself. We decided to renovate prior to selling. At the time, my spouse and I were out of the country and so we knew we had a long and hard road ahead. Well that was not the case at all, as Ignacio's expertise stretches far past selling homes. Due to his prior experience, Ignacio had several "guys" for just about everything. From gardening, to garage doors he knew them all. And not once did I ever feel pressured to use any of these people he had at his disposal, but they were there if we needed. In addition, Ignacio had seen the quality of their work so it felt a lot better than just picking a random person from Google. This made renovating so much easier and not as stressful.
