From beginning to end, everything was explained to us in a way where we understood the process and procedures of buying/selling our home. They were always available to answer our questions and concerns and Joanna always made time to show us properties we were interested in purchasing. The team made the process easy for us which made the entire experience so enjoyable. Thank you again, Joanna and Kari!

Negative experience: Our house sold, but we had an overall mediocre experience. Their team approach meant we never had a continuous point of contact for our sale, and we did not enjoy working with so many people. Most of our communication was stalled because they operate in a M-F business-hours-only model unless absolutely necessary, which in our opinion is not consistent with sales that command such a significant fee. We have previously worked with other realtors who really hustled and were much more available. This issue was particularly notable when multiple day delays were evident between communication the buyers and ourselves. Anybody selling their house deserves near same-day communication any information necessary to make decisions. When information was requested, we were advised our weekly report would be coming in a few days. Their lack of accountability was also unprofessional. On multiple instances, we requested a reason why something had not gone according to plan, and were given a generic response. Again, not like realtors we have worked with in the past. Lastly, we felt like our "team" was more concerned with closing the deal rather than our best interests. They definitely did not earn the 3% fee, for which they marketed themselves as a premium agency.
