Negative experience: Agent Refused to write contract for local home while I was out of town. I had a very bad experience with agent, Christopher Chang, in this group. Escalated issue to broker with no response after two days. Website says business open 24/7. I was shown homes that did not suit disability needs. Agent became upset when I did not purchase home she thought suited my needs. Contacted broker for resolution, no response. Wasted the whole buying season.
