Fantastic experience: Dana was absolutely the most amazing person through our ENTIRE buying and selling. I knew I was going to like her from the moment we met her. I had submitted my information requesting a realtor to 5 different realtor sites. She was the first one to actually CALL. She then wanted to meet for coffee just to sit and meet with us. We, I think, had coffee for over an hour. She made us feel heard and she was so excited for us. She actually took the time to get to know us. After are coffee I didn't accept any other communication from other agents because Dana was so great. Dana got to work on finding us a property. She could of easily sold us a property and wiped her hands of us, but she didnt. A few locations I asked her about and she would check guidelines or things to see if the land would actually work for what we wanted! Which was amazing! She helped us navigate waters that we didn't know. When we came across our current home. I was so overwhelmed with emotions that it could be ours. Dana was the perfect realtor to be in our corner. I told Michael multiple times "Dana is amazing because she is kind and patient with us and explains everything so well but you can tell she has a tenacity about her that she is going to get us what we want" (spoiler alert SHE DID). when we toured our home prior to putting in an offer, while I was just in heaven she kept me grounded at making she we check things out. She was never pushy or anything, she was putting our best interest first. The sellers had a long deadline for best offers. Dana pulled ALL her tools from her tool belt out to make sure ours was the best. I cried so many tears when she called with the good news. She found us the home and land of our dreams. Now that was just Dana when she was finding us a home! When we were in the process of selling our home. She came and checked it out and gave us a list of things to tweak. Once again she had our best interest in mind and she wanted the best for us. She then came and staged our home with a few items! That was so kind of her to do because what she did transformed our home to make it look the best it could! During the sale and accepting offers she handled some murky waters when a buyer changed their offer. She once again was THE BEST PERSON TO HAVE IN OUR CORNER. During the process she worked tirelessly she would reply so fast. Her daughter Caitlin also helped during this process and Caitlin was phenomenal! Dana and Caitlin were amazing during our whole process. We were so happy to have them working with us. Dana and Caitlin are two very special people who deserve the absolute best in the world because they are realtors who actually take the time to know their clients and make an incredible impact on them. They are the reason I have my dream home and land. I've wanted a farm for so long and I feel blessed to of had Dana as a realtor.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Majid and his team to sell a relative’s house. I live out of the country, which made things slightly more complicated, but Majid went above and beyond wherever possible. He kept me informed all along the way. He checked in on the property and tended to things that I couldn’t, considering my distance from the property. Everyone on his team is easy to get in touch with, and very personable. The house was priced competitively, and listed with great photos. The sale price we were able to get exceeded my expectations and took less than two days. Fantastic experience: Our home search with Chuck Levey took more than a year. We had some difficulties with our mortgage throughout the year. During our tough times, Chuck was patient. He kept in touch but gave us the space necessary to get our finances in order. I often wondered whether we were difficult clients. We had a specific location in mind and a budget that was quite a bit lower than the average house in our location. This combination made it challenging to find a house that we liked, but it wasn't impossible. Add to those challenges the rough situation in the housing market at the time. We thought that we would never find a house, but Chuck always sent us new options via email. He often stopped what he was doing and met us at a new property to check it out the day we found it. He was very responsive and organized. When we had multiple houses to look at, he had a travel plan that made sense. Chuck was very knowledgeable about houses and he wasn't afraid to give us his opinion. He was even discerning enough to lightly dissuade us from houses that he thought might not be in our best interests. He also wasn't afraid to really try to sell us on a house that he thought looked good. Chuck also took the time in a few situations to bargain on our behalf with the sellers agent. He seems to have developed relationships with several other real estate employees and put those relationships to use for us. We appreciated this. The process of bidding on houses was daunting at first, but we quickly got up to speed and we were able to make bids easily. The software programs that were used seemed good. Once we had an offer accepted, the process of closing was not too difficult. Chuck helped us find good inspectors and has assured us that he has a large network of house service providers that can help us out as needed in the future. Thanks for all of your help, Chuck. We love our new home!

Fantastic experience: What can I say?? Easy and carefree. Was Easy and carefree when we bought it in in 2016. Tere was Great then and even Better when we sold the house. The house sold twice in the goofy market or 2022. Bit of stress but much less with Tere's help. First one was within a week of coming soon at full asking price, it fell though due to investment people backing out. Second one with over asking price on the first day it was live in MLS. This was a planned move so there was a lot of communication, inspections, new carpet install and checking on it when the weather got really cold. Some of it we were in town but most of it we were not even in town. Tere was there for all of it. Buying and selling real estate is a stressful process but so much less with Tere Gathright as your go to real estate agent. Just call her and enjoy finding your new home or selling with peace of mind. Thanks Tere, it was truly a pleasure!

As a first time home buyer, I had a million and one questions, which Lisa did a great job of answering and providing me with insight. I had a very specific area that I wanted to live in, which made our search all the more stressed with homes flying off the market in one/two days in unheard of bidding wars. Lisa kept me calm, even when it seemed impossible. Her advice about and knowledge of real estate was on a whole other level. She never pushed me away from the set criteria I had, and constantly stayed on top of the pre-MLS to set up immediate appointments. She is so down to earth and genuine that in minutes she feels like a life long friend that you are literally trusting with your life. Negative experience: The realtor made me feel guilty during the process, appearing to "side" more so with the buyer. My husband is a patient man, but toward the end of dealing with Nicolle he was finished! Mis-communication throughout process. Our new realtor is competent, attentive, and his communication is spot on! We already have our new dream house! Glad we have someone to compare him to, although Nicholle did not set the bar too high!

Fantastic experience: Sidney McCray was extremely helpful. We are first time home buyers in our mid-twenties. I had just graduated and my fiance was still in college had started looking at houses in summer of 2019 with no intention on buying for a while. Knowing that he still took us to see houses that were on the market at the time just to get a feel of what things we like and dislike in houses. He explained the whole process to us and answered all of our questions (even the stupid ones). He showed us dozens of houses and then when we stopped looking he would periodically send us houses that were on the market that fit our price range and preferences. In July 2020 we let him know that we were looking again. He took our calls and texts in the middle of the night and set up viewings by the next morning. When we made our offer he helped us negotiate for the appliances to stay which saved us thousands up front. When our lender was not able to close in the required 35 days he put us in touch with Terri Worth from Prosperity Home Mortgage who got us a great interest rate and worked with us and Sidney until 2 am the night that we switched lenders. He also put us in touch with Troy Jefferson with RNI Financial who got us great deals on our insurance. After we closed he still contacts us making sure we are doing well and how we have adjusted to our new home. Sidney was a great resource and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house especially for first time home buyers.
