While she gave her opinion she was very clear that it was MY decision. Some of the recent posts sound like someone was bitter because their offer wasn't accepted. It's the Seller's choice to make their own decision based upon dollars and speed of closing...or other factors that are important to them...NOT prospective Buyers! She was extraordinarily helpful to a 23 year old kid that didn't know the first thing about buying a home. 8 years later I used her as my agent again when I bought my 2nd home. She even helped me with contracts and advice when I sold my original home as a "For Sale By Owner". How many agents do you know that would give someone "FSBO" advice instead of just trying to convince you to list it with them? I'd write a 6 star review if I could. Any negative reviews you read about Helen I would bet are just part of a smear campaign, or sour grapes from people who don't know the whole story.
