Fantastic experience: My husband and I, between personal and professional Real Estate transactions, have worked with over 35 real estate “professionals” in the past. On the sale of our last home, which was located in a rural community and was certainly a unicorn home given the size and listing price. It fell in the challenging category of a luxury home. Negative experience: DON’T!!! We are a Military family that have moved 15 times. I can honestly say Angie is one of the worst realtors we’ve ever had. Her lack of communication, her lack of knowledge, and her lack of effort made transactions hellish. I usually don’t write a review unless it’s something really good but if you’re a military family or a government employee, she does not understand the ins and outs of our procedures. She promised a lot but didn’t deliver. Obviously by your response people can draw their own conclusions.

Fantastic experience: About a month ago, I posted on every moms group I could find in Huntsville, searching for a buyer for our home. I offered 1k to anyone who could help me find someone to purchase. We were selling it ourselves, trying to cut costs so we wouldn’t have to take a loss on the house. This past year has been a lot financially with my husband’s kidney cancer recurrence, we moved in from Texas, and we had a new baby in March. Expenses were high and so were our worries. ❤️After I made that post, I got countless messages from realtors saying they could sell my house for this percentage or that percentage,(I’m not knocking on anyone trying to make a sale, I get it), other people were trying to take advantage of our situation and offer far less than what it was worth. I was feeling defeated when Angie Jaggers messaged me to call her. I was skeptical when she said she didn’t have a buyer but wanted to list our house for FREE. We got on the phone, and I just cried. Tears were flowing. She told me she was headed back from the beach with her husband, listening to worship music, and she saw my post. Something about it resonated with her and she just felt called to help. She gifts a few sales per year, and she really wanted to do this. She wouldn’t let me pay for a thing. She hired a photographer who redid our photos, helped stage everything and clean up the house. She and her husband played with our kids, and prayed over our home multiple times. In eleven days, she found a buyer. Tears again, and I knew I had to get to work packing faster! It was a cash offer and things moved fast! My husband had surgery a few weeks ago to remove his cancer, so he was unable to help. I have three kids, and packing while stopping to take care of someone can be time consuming. Angie, being the angel she is, sent me a text that her crew was coming to help. She rolled in ten deep with helpers who packed us up quickly, lovingly, and again, prayed over our home. Everyone was so genuine, and truly cared for the wellbeing of our family. ❤️My son can go to first grade in a new state at the start of the year. My husband has a top notch hospital in case he needs further treatment. My family is close by to help support us throughout this journey. Long story short, Angie Jaggers and her team are AMAZING. Not only are they fabulous at what they do in the real estate world, they are GOOD humans. We constantly heard, “That’s a God thing” everytime we were in their presence. I know God sent Angie to us in our time of need and we are forever grateful, and I know I’ll always stay in touch with her. I was moving to a new state, so I know she didn’t expect me to bring her any business by doing this. She just did it out of the goodness of her heart. Even with all the mistakes the builders of this new construction have made, Angie and Paul help put pressure to ensure we get what we purchased. Negative experience: I have to change my review we hired who they recommended for a home inspector. First of all since we have purchased our house we have termites and mold in our crawl space. So I wouldn’t recommend them anymore or the Home Inspector.

Positive experience: was on the ball with helping purchase the house. wish I would've shopped around more to compare agents. only note is the closing gifts. I've never heard of an agent who gives self branded items as the gift, was awkward and narcissistic. so insincere and unthoughtful. pens, shirt, key chain with her name on them. edit- thanks for your response. I don't need an upgraded gift, commented in hopes your future clients might get something more thoughtful. Most people I've heard of have given champagne, cutting boards, cooler, etc. Just wanted to express in general that a goodie bag with branded shirts, key chains, and pens as a closing gift seemed strange.

Fantastic experience: Angie exceeds all reasonable expectations of a Realtor. From being willing to go out in snow storms to show houses to sprucing up rental homes for out-of-area owners prior to listing, Angie does it all. With her assistance and knowledge, I was able to close the sale of a rental property, above asking, within 2-3 weeks of my renter moving out. This was all done while living out of the area and I have no doubt if the house hadn’t needed fixing up, Angie would have had it closed within a week of my first call to her.
