Negative experience: DO NOT BUY PROPERTY FROM AMANDA HOWARD. We bought a rental property from one of AH agents and we get at LEAST 3 phone calls a day from other agents of hers trying to " help us with our next property ". I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling. But I'm at work, I get calls, I'm at the doctor's, I get calls, last week I was at a funeral and I got a call. Im living in Amanda HOWARD HELL. We have bought many properties and no one else calls relentlessly.

My wife had called Tina a year earlier to ask some questions and kept her phone number. When it was time for us to start looking I called her and explained that I was flying out and had 2 days to find a house. I sent her a list of some homes we had found online to give her an idea of what we were looking for. She put aside the 2 days for me and arranged a series of showings. She picked me up at my hotel and drove me around all over the city looking at homes, both the ones that we had sent to her that were still available and some she had found as well. By the end of the second day we had found our new home. Since we were still living in another state Tina offered to help us with whatever we needed. She did the first home walkthrough for us and attended the second one when we arrived. She also came to the closing with us and we were very glad she did. We had to leave before the process was finished as our cars were being delivered early, and she stayed to get the keys and delivered them to us. Great customer service along with a great sense of humor made the whole process very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Negative experience: We attempted to work with Tina Craft, who at first seemed to be a great match, a real go-getter ready to guide us through selling our home and helping line us up with getting into a new home we desperately need due to our family growing from a family of 4 to 6 with the birth of our child in December. The second we signed the agreement for the exclusive rights to market our home, communication became essentially nonexistent, and Tina became completely incapable of getting much done for us to get our house listed. Communication was almost always initiated by us and was also delayed on her end. We spent our hard earned money having our house staged and cleaned to try to make the listing as attractive to potential buyers for the date we were told by Tina that the photographer would come out, only to find out when contacting her that we were not scheduled as promised, and that they would not be able to come take the photos until 1-2 weeks later. After waiting for hours for her to call us back to try to fix this, we ended up making the hard decision to find someone who actually cared about their clients to list our home. It was only after the email terminating her as our realtor that Tina could dignify us with a call back. We honestly felt like we were not a priority and it’s a shame because we would have loved to recommend Tina, she seemed like a really knowledgable realtor on initial contact but I cannot in good conscience tell anyone to trust her to get your home sold.

Negative experience: Just don't! Big warning label! Well known around town as being difficult to work with and extremely hard to buy a house from! (It should have been a warning when we knew a guy that tried to use them to sell a house and had to drop them.) My experience? We just barely bought a house from Amanda's agency. From difficulties to bargaining and unwillingness to work with us on repairs to turning off all the utilities, apparently advising sellers how to behave is not a strong suit. The biggest legal error and totally against contract law, is the fact that when reviewing the inspection report it was discovered that multiple issues within the house were evident to include the insulation installed upside down in both the attic and the crawl space and the 2 windows were leaking. Our agent issued a request for all repairs to be done to which the seller only complied with fixing the 40 amp breaker, the GFCIs and other cheap fixes. After hours of research, we just requested $3,000 to hire inexpensive help to fix the two big items. This was submitted on a Request for Repairs by our agent as a contract. Amanda's agency then allowed the sellers to cross out the $3,000 and to overwrite $1,000 and date it THE DAY AFTER we signed the contract. This is against contract law!! We refused to budge on the request to which they then went back to the original contract before the alteration and signed it, removing the initial alterations. Wow! Who doesn't know about contract law?! Now it's been a big mess with the sellers refusing to sign the final inspection walkthrough sheet which was hanging up payment for our real estate agent. We signed it and she was able to work around so she could receive her commission. Our agent, Sherry with Century 21, has been amazing!!! Who does business like this?

Fantastic experience: As a young first time homebuyer in 2025, I was pretty nervous about the whole process, but Matt Dallow has been amazing from the start. He understood what i was looking for, great at finding new houses that fit the criteria, and was really helpful at answering any questions about the homebuying process. What I really appreciate about him is that he actually does his job and genuinely cares. He was on top of everything and super responsive throughout the entire process, and was actually looking out for me the entire time. I can't imagine going through that process with anyone else. Fantastic experience: Haven't finished my selling experience yet (although very pleased so far), so I will defer my review on that. But I am in the process of completing my purchase of a new home. My buying agent, Natsuki Whisenant, has been a great help. She is professional, courteous, & very competent. I found a home much sooner than I expected. She got all my property questions answered promptly & completely. And she endured me wanting to look at a million houses very cheerfully. In short, Natsuki is very good at what she does. And the support staff have been great, too, although I am just now getting to know & rely on many of them. Just editing to add that I am now in my new home & completely satisfied. I would also like to add that Catherine Stewart did a fabulous job of making sure everything was taken care of with respect to closing. Hooray! I sold my other home. Chase Curlee was great as my agent. He knew I was a patient seller and acted accordingly. Beth Riggs was fabulous taking care of everything for the listing. And Kristie Williams did a wonderful job making sure everything was ready for closing. Glinda Wagner did a great job staging my home as well. It looked very nice online. To me, the greatest advantages to using Amanda Howard are: superior marketing, excellent market knowledge, & outstanding support staff. Editing again to add that I sold my latest home very quickly & pretty much painlessly thanks to Natsuki again. She's a great agent & really stays on top of things if you're looking for an agent.
