Negative experience: We rented from Logical Choice Realty Group from 2024 to 2025. Throughout our lease, we consistently paid rent on time and maintained the apartment in excellent condition. When it came time to return our security deposit, we experienced significant delays and repeated runaround for several months, ultimately forcing us to pursue legal action. The company initially attempted to withhold the deposit by claiming there was an issue or “claim” on the property, which was a lie. They later attempted to retain half of the deposit without providing a valid justification. We were successful in court, largely because we maintained thorough documentation, including a complete paper trail and video recordings of the property before move-in and after move-out. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend that future tenants: -Keep detailed records of all communications -Document the condition of the property before and after occupancy -Clarify all fees and terms in writing prior to signing a lease While we ultimately recovered our full deposit, the process suggests a pattern of attempting to retain deposits in situations where tenants may not challenge it.

Negative experience: While touring the homes with Jennifer, she was pleasant. However, during application process, they required that money be paid upfront before legal documents were signed. Kevin refused to send the lease. It is a very uncomfortable situation.

Fantastic experience: Been with Logical for a Year and some months now and the experience has just been immaculate, they really go over the top and that can be described in SO MANY words or ways, countless of times being there for us, moving in our best interest and always checked on us even throughout the hurricanes, communication top tier!
