Fantastic experience: I had my home on the market for 6 months with little activity nor help from the realtor I had the house listed with. I changed my realtor to Andrew Dada, the Dada Group, with Compass reality. I told Andrew Dada what I really needed to get for the property and he said I think I can get you more. He listed the house, the photography was outstanding. His narrative of the property was exceptional, it captured all the attributes and included detailed extras which came with the property. The house was listed and the first day had 3 showings, by the 3rd day I had an offer for more than the listing price. The house was sold and the closing was less than 30 days. Fantastic experience: Got with an agent, Katarzyna, from this group by pure accident. Rocket had given an agent, and my wife wanted to see a house, so she clicked for a showing through zillow, not knowing that they send out a buyers agent for you. We told her that we already had an agent and that we were sorry, and she was OK, but gave us her info just in case. The person given to us by Rocket wasn't getting back with us, and told us to just pick out a house online and that she would go with us to look at it, then they went MIA for several days(possibly on Xmas vacation). There was no exclusive signing with anyone, so we told the Darda agent if she could help us find a house in the next few days we would go with her(we needed to find a house asap). The next day she set us up with 6 showings based on what we wanted, and we were with her all day driving around town. Ended up going with the first house we looked at. We put in a bid and several more days went by before the rocket agent ever got back with us. She got us a better deal than the money we would have saved using the rocket agent(the only reason we even were going with them in the first place) The Darda group was fantastic, was there every step of the way, and even helped up after the sale with a few things. If you're looking to buy or sell a house, ask for Katarzyna at the Darda group, she will work her butt off for you to help you find or sell your house. Can't recommend more!

I have never asked for their assistance selling my home nor would I ever as we already have a trusted realtor we use but these people punt your information from agent to agent even after you tell them this!! I guess I have to resort to changing my phone number and email address to evade this harassment!! Do not use these scam artists as you will never have peace in your life again!

He is very personable and extremely professional. He made the sale of our million + home extremely easy, seeking out and consulting with other agents for buyers qualified in the upper financial brackets. There was no 'browsers' brought to our home. His wife Hope, made the buy side of our new home extremely easy. She found our home within 3 days. We told her our specific needs and wants and she found the perfect home for us with the 'wowwww factor' I was looking for. Together they coordinated the sell and buy to be done at the same time, alleviating the need for storage fees and the stress of being in sellers limbo... all closed within a month and between 2 hurricanes!! Fantastic experience: We started our relationship With Capri and the Darda Group With them being located in Southwest Florida, and us in the Midwest. They were able to communicate very well with us and show us a lot of homes that we were interested in from afar. When we made our trip to Southwest Florida, they were very welcoming and informative of the area and had a lot of nice homes to show us. It didn’t take long for us to find the home we wanted, and they represented us very well. Capri and her team were on top of every detail all the way through the closing and the follow up was just as good.

Negative experience: They spend no time marketing your home. It seems like they put it on the MLS and leave it at that. Coming from real estate, I understand the market is slow. But this company does the bare minimum to sell your home, and other negative reviews echo the same thing. The company dropped the ball on a showing (didn't give the other realtor information on showing the home) and half of the showings are cancels or no shows. I completely understand that no shows happen, but I feel as if there's a major lack of follow-up and communication between the brokerage and buyers. I'm highly disappointed in the Darda Group.

Fantastic experience: Our journey began October 3 when my wife and I decided to relocate to beautiful Cape Coral. We met Angie T from the Darda Group by chance because we just called last minute to look at a house. Angie was not only accommodating, she came prepared with info on the home last minute. We traveled 2 more times from south Florida to look at homes without exact dates due to my profession and each time Angie made herself available regardless of day or time. We had a very disappointing experience with our credit union and that’s where Mary Ann came into play. Mary was always on top of everything that was detailed in the administration side of the purchase. Mary could be reached day or night 7 days a week and bent over backwards to keep the ball rolling forward. These two ladies were amazing in their profession and always put us first. The process took longer than normal which had nothing to do with these ladies but they stayed focused and compassionate about everything. In the end we got the house we wanted and even had a house warming present waiting for us from Angie. I would highly recommend this team for you whether it’s your first home purchase or you’ve bought plenty in your lifetime. Thank you again for your compassion and concern for your clients. We can’t wait to have our house warming party with you both in attendance.

Negative experience: If I stayed with Darda, I would have lost over 60K selling my home. They just wanted to keep lowering the price to sell it. Would not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I used Mike & his team to sell my Mom's home in Cape Coral which had been devastated by Hurricane Ian. The house was down to bare walls & could only be sold as a cash transaction. Mike & his team, in particular Stephanie, who stepped in when another team member was sidelined by a personal issue, were the consummate professionals in getting her house sold at an adequate price & terms. As a licensed California Broker, I will use the Darda Team for any future Sw FLA Real Estate transactions.
