Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful stay at Serenity on the Gulf. The house was very well furnished, location was great. We brought a boat, so having the boat lift was awesome. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the beautiful Casa Azul. It was im a quiet neighborhood, making coffee in the morning super peaceful. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, fishing off the dock, kayaking down the canal and nightly relaxing in the hot tub. Eddie, the property owner was very helpful for reccendations and always available for the few questions we had. We can't wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: We could not have been more pleased with our three weeks at this home. It was very lovely decorated, felt very homey , neighborhood was nice and quiet . We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful spa everyday . Location was in close proximity to everything we needed . Had a few questions and they were answered ASAP each time. The Villa Benita was, as described, very nice and we enjoyed especially the great location, facing south with sunrise and sunset. It is a lovely home, comfortable and a great location to enjoy the pool and hot tub and canal. A quiet neighborhood, lovely sunsets. Loved the fenced yard - the kayaks - the fishing poles available! The home decor was ideal, loved the furnishings and the beds were comfortable. A great experience! The one thing I would definitely recommend are new pots and pans for cooking, dated and scratched. We were without a dishwasher our entire stay - but it wasn't the owner or company's fault, the manufacturer just took awhile in getting it fixed. We were grateful for this beautiful home and really nice month there!

Fantastic experience: Perfect for what we needed. Family loved it. We had a few small issues that the property manager handled quickly and professionally. The overall service from them was GREAT! The location is good and you can’t beat the sunsets! The only bummer was the pool was green when we arrived, and the only good pool day we had we couldn’t get in it for 5 hours due to them trying to shock it with chemical. Overall, a wonderful stay and we look to stay with you them again

Positive experience: The home itself was excellent, great location, very well put together, clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. It’s clear the owners take pride in the property, and overall we truly enjoyed our stay. Our only frustration was with the management company, Vesteva, specifically regarding the pool heater. The heated pool was a major reason we booked the home, and despite multiple contacts with Vesteva’s team and maintenance throughout our stay, the issue wasn’t resolved until very late in the trip. As a result, we were only able to enjoy the heated pool for one day out of a nine-day stay. To be fair, communication was generally responsive, and one individual went out of their way toward the end of our stay to help get things working, which we appreciated. That said, the issue took far too long to resolve given how important the heated pool was to our decision to book. I would absolutely recommend the home and its owners without hesitation. I just hope future guests have a smoother experience with the management side if any issues arise.

Fantastic experience: Cape Destination is a five star villa with everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. We’ve stayed there twice now and it’s one of the cleanest rentals we’ve had. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: The home itself was nice and new. The problems with the home and Vesteeva's reluctance to come out to the property and work through fixing them were such that we vacated the property on day 9 of a 13 night rental disgusted with the problems and the way they were handling the many problems. Not once did a Vesteeva team member come out to the home to help us with the problems. They did not offer us compensation (except for a measly $250 for internet problems ). The main problems were (1) No A/C for first 24 hours - 81 degrees in the home (2) No Internet for 5 days (3) the home and pool were not very clean, amongst other problems. As a renter, it was very unenjoyable to have to be the proactive party to get problems solved at the rented property when we are paying a hefty price to have an enjoyable vacation. We will never rent from Vesteeva again!

Everything went smoothly, from the booking to the stay to the check-out. Beautiful (new) house, clean and equipped with everything you need, in a good and quiet location. Fantastic experience: This is our second time using Vesteva and we plan to come to continue using them for our Cape Coral trips. They have been wonderful! The home we stayed at was phenomenal- it was large enough for the few families we had there. It was clean and the pictures matched the home exactly. We had one issue with the pool (probably our user error) and Vesteva responded quickly and had someone out within the hour. They were very nice about it and made sure everything was good. We had a wonderful worry free time!

Fantastic experience: We purchased a vacation home in Florida a few years ago with the intent of renting it out as an Airbnb-style property. Since we live out of state, finding a reliable property management company was essential. After interviewing several companies, we felt most comfortable with Vesteeva—and we are so thankful we chose them. We’ve been working with Vesteeva for three years now, and they have been absolutely wonderful. They take impeccable care of our home and only perform repairs that are truly necessary—always communicating with us beforehand and offering very reasonable rates. The home has consistently rented well under their management. Their attention to detail is outstanding. The property is thoroughly cleaned before and after every rental, and they even leave thoughtful welcome packages for guests. They personally check guests in and take the time to show them how to operate everything in the house, which really enhances the rental experience. Communication with Vesteeva has been excellent. They are always responsive and quick to answer any questions we have. The owner software they use for reservations and property management is also very easy to navigate and helps us stay informed about bookings and maintenance. We couldn’t be happier with Vesteeva and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and caring property management company. They truly go above and beyond!

Negative experience: Thank you for your response, but photos and videos speak for themselves. The pool was full of algae when we arrived, with large plumes coming up when skimmed — not a “minor imbalance.” Despite multiple visits, it was not usable during our stay. Ants were in the bathroom immediately and also in our rental car — clear evidence of poor property maintenance. To suggest otherwise is inaccurate. We had to cut our stay short, scramble to find another home, and lose vacation time. While a partial refund was issued, being charged a high cleaning fee for one night in these conditions was unreasonable. Future guests deserve to know exactly what to expect: this property was not as advertised, and our experience with Vesteva was very disappointing. Original Review: We booked Vista Solare through Vesteva because of the pool and amenities, but unfortunately the home did not meet expectations. When we arrived, the pool had visible algae plumes and was unusable. Despite multiple visits from their pool service, the water was not ready, and we were told it “should” be safe by the next day. The pool light also flickered, making evening use impractical. On top of that, ants were present in the bathroom and even got into our rental car. We reached out many times through calls, texts, and emails, but responses were delayed and inconsistent. Eventually, we had to cut our stay short, scramble to find a suitable home at the last minute, and lost valuable vacation time in the process. While Vesteva did issue a refund, they still charged a high cleaning fee for just one night. Overall, we spent a lot of time and money on a property that was not as advertised. Although most of our money was refunded, the condition of the home and the way the situation was handled were very disappointing. I would not book with this company again and cannot recommend them to others.

Had a house we wanted to book that was unavailable and Vanessa from Vesteva recommended a different location for us and quickly got us set up. She was wonderful. Her recommendation was perfect. Fantastic experience: This is one of the cleanest vacation rentals we have ever done and we have done a lot. The pool was lovely and warm. The hot tub heated up quickly and worked well. My sister who is mobility challenged was able to get in and out of the pool and the hot tub by herself. While the beds are a bit high, they were still comfortable. There are very few steps in this rental and they’re only about 4 inches high so they were easily traversed using a walker. We are already talking about coming back.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Vesteva Team was an exceptional one from beginning to end. I booked a stunning pool home in Cape Coral through Airbnb that is managed by Vesteva. The listing was very inviting and well described and it did not disappoint. It was no surprise to me why this house has a long running 5 star review on Airbnb. The house was immaculate, comfortable and had so much space. The entire house was well stocked and very accommodating. One thing I look for when booking with a property management company is a high level of professionalism when it comes to expectations for the guest and the property manager and strong communication experienced throughout. Vesteva didn't miss the mark and checked the boxes all the way down. They made it extremely easy from check in to check out. I am already online looking at dates for next summer. A huge thank you to Vanessa and the rest of the Vesteva Team for an amazing vacation! (I am really going to miss this morning coffee view!)

Fantastic experience: The house was very clean and well equipped. We always prefer using a local company versus Airbnb or VRBO. Had a small issue with the air conditioning and they had somebody to fix it within an hour. Very great response we will definitely be back.

The only downfall was there was not enough toiletries, no laundry essentials, not enough garbage bags, no face towels etc. to accommodate our 4-day stay; other than that we truly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Porto al Mare was so nice - many hours spent relaxing by the refreshing pool and spa, kayaking in the canals, dropping a line in off the back dock, and engaging in frequent family movie nights poolside or in the home’s comfy living room. The house was stocked with tons of amenities! We so appreciated use of all the beach gear for our many day trips to the beautiful SW FL beaches - the towels, chairs, mat, umbrellas, and cooler/ice packs! Highly recommend visiting Bowman's Beach (Sanibel), Siesta & Lido Key beaches (Sarasota), and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park/Vanderbilt Beach (Naples), all with white sand, warm, clear bluish-green Gulf water, and sea shells galore! Cape Coral offered numerous fun and delicious restaurants, as well. Some we had the privilege of enjoying were: Papa Joe's pizza, Torched Bar & Grill, FINS Seafood & Dive Bar, Ford's Garage Cape Coral, and J&P Asian Fusion. Porto al Mare was conveniently located, yet tucked away in a well-kept quiet neighborhood. The hospitality of our hosts was top-notch! We'd love to come back and stay again someday!

A few hiccups with the pool and spa heater at first but they sent someone over and we got it sorted the same day. May have been user error, may not have been. Fantastic experience: My family has stayed with Vesteva properties every year for 7 years straight. The property we stay at is always very clean as though we are the only people that stay there, it is always so comfortable, the neighborhood is safe, and it has everything we need. The pool is sparkling, the furniture and living areas comfortable, we love everything about it! The property managers have always been extra responsive; one trip out due to a big storm we arrived at 10pm and exhausted from layovers and interrupted travel and couldn't get in the house; the manager responded within 10 minutes and helped us get in. I can't say enough good things about Vesteva and our rental experience!

Negative experience: Not as nice as the pictures implicate Many of the things with this rental left us, as a group, disappointed. We traveled as a group 2 families 8 people. The furniture in this house is extremely dated. The headboard of the 2nd king bed fell off almost on our heads during our stay. There were multiple bottles of opened alcohol and food products in cabinets left behind by other renters. Who wants to drink from a bottle opened by a stranger. As a renter of many Air B&B’s a clean slate is appreciated and we have always had good experiences and never left a bad review. Neither of the Keurigs worked so we did have to purchase a new one for our stay. When considering this property we have compiled a list of pros and cons for prospective renters. We would not consider staying here again. Pros : Nice neighborhood Great views Good proximity to stores/ restaurants Cons : Beds highly uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Master mattress was actually sunken in on both sides(see pics) Ventilation System filters disgusting(see pics)- chose to purchase new filters and install ourselves. A member of our group has asthma and had an attack the first night. That’s when we realized the vents were black which prompted us to check the filters. What we found was completely unacceptable- poor maintenance on the part of Vesteva property management. Lack of pool maintenance- this is something that should be done in between renters. We were told by the pool guy that the pool was very dirty and needed lots of extra chemicals. This left us unable to use the pool for a half day. Inconsistent heating of both pool and hot tub. Most times the “not so hot” tub was same temp as pool. We then got charged for extra electricity after our stay because the heater had to run constantly to try to get to temp. And we had to fill hot tub with water from hose daily to bring level up to skimmer. Not enough bath towels/facecloths for large groups(we had 8 people). They requested we do laundry on our day of departure but did not provide laundry detergent. Poor lighting and way too many conflicting light switches. Shower door in pool bathroom only opens in because the tile is unlevel which cause you to shimmy into shower between wall and door. Water cooler in kitchen with empty bottle that had what looked like mold inside it.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience in Cape Coral. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed morning swims after walking . The only inconvenience was the water was not as hot as we liked. We look forward to future trips!

Negative experience: Just very disappointed. Won’t be staying with this management company again. Been going down for 7-8 years now. Stayed with these guys last 4. This time was the last straw. Messaged about extending stay and just say sorry no one got back. House was vacant and no one could stay because of min night. Took that long to get an answer? Way to make customers feel worthy of there stay. Was stain marks all over the one bed sheets… don’t want to know from what. Fridge in garage wasn’t cleaned and smelt like fish so bad almost threw up. Garbage from previous owners was sitting out front for entire stay went mentioned it multiple times to the company so had to deal with the smell of that all week out front. Then all they say is sorry.. no way I’ll stay with them spending over 10-15k with this company. Will go back to Roelens where they actually care and make it right. Offered us sunspash passes way back in day and all We get is a sorry for the no communication. I’m Good thanks Vesteva

Negative experience: The good the bad the ugly I will start with the good, yes there were a lot of things wrong, yes there was false advertising but they did pick up the phone and they did come and fix whatever they could to make the home livable. Other positive house had 2 usable bicycles. The bad was in my mind very bad. Let’s start with posted pictures of a stage home. They picture a home with a nice dining room set 2 car garage and lovely private pool with nice landscaping. When we arrived the dining room table was replaced with patio furniture, the garage was occupied by the owners car, the pool was dirty and look like months since it was cleaned. My wife walked into the kitchen and there was signs posted on an around the faucet saying do not move faucet. She carefully opened the handle and got sprayed with water. The management company sent a plumber over the next day to replace, they also sent over a nice dining room chair for my wife’s 87 year old father to sit on. The patio chairs which we found extremely uncomfortable would not have worked for him. We suffered through our stay adjusting cushions on patio chairs. Second day we flushed the toilet and loud ringing noise accompanied the flush, had to call the another plumber handyman again to replace the valve on one toilet and also fix second toilet which was loose attached to floor. Pool guy also arrived to clean pool. Ok we are on vacation lets enjoy, except every bed in the house was soft and uncomfortable, the sheets were tired, the towels had holes in them, the shower faucet was hard to open, sliding doors did not lock, shower in master was dirty with black mold, outside pool area I had to sweep and wash down the floor, pool tools and net were broken and old. The grill had an empty propane tank but thankfully there was a backup in the garage. The house had spider webs at all the exits of the house. The ugly is why Vesteva would take a rental house this bad and put their name on it and charge with insurance over $8000.00. Never again will I use a local rental agency. I’m in advertising and marketing and what they did is against the law photographing a house and then changing the furniture. If you are managing a house you need to check and be sure it’s worthy of guests before they arrive. First time I’ve been on vacation where I was happy to leave and come home. Gave them 2 stars because they answer the phone and tried to correct some things. House is not rental ready. My advice is Ask lots of questions before renting with them.

Fantastic experience: It's a fantastic place to stay. Very clean, easy access to everything. The pool was great , wonderful area. Easy checking in. If we had questions, they were addressed quickly. Would visit again and recommend ,highly.

Fantastic experience: We have stayed in their properties several times and it’s always been nice. I appreciate their “ low touch” approach but they are always available to help if necessary.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful new home on a canal in Cape Coral. The home exceeded our expectations, the furnishings are stylish with plenty of seating, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool is always warm, pool toys are great, I could go on. Vesteva does a great job- we will be back!

Very well organized, informative e-mail commnunication, full handbooks and instructions with all you need to know & follow as a good guest. Lest we forget, they have great homes to choose from under management. 5 stars all around!

Fantastic experience: Great pool. Kitchen was stocked well. Felt safe. Host responded to a couple minor issues promptly. Good neighborhood. A mile from bakery, ice cream, grocery etc….

Negative experience: EDIT: They have now decided to harass me because I left a review they didnt like. Continued to message me and then tell ME to not contact them again. Absolutely weird. I went to reserve and was sent an invite. Less than an hour later, it's booked. I think that's insanely unrealistic. I cant sit glued to my phone waiting for hosts to respond because they all respond in different time frames.

Fantastic experience: February 2025. Aha Moment was an amazing rental. Super clean and a beautiful home. Love the wall of sliders (all slide open) to reveal 2 large openings onto the lanai and pool. Love the outdoor/ indoor living concept so much. This home has a great layout with spacious open kitchen dining living room concept that is just fantastic!! Master bedroom and bath onto one side of the property with the other two bedrooms and bath onto the other side. Just a perfect layout. The pool was fabulous and the lounge chairs were so comfortable and great to have access to!! We will definitely be back!!

Negative experience: We rented 2314 SE 28th St. In Cape Corel for 12 days. The house is old, not well taken care or well maintained. Air conditioning g can’t be set below 72 degrees and the is always hot. Not worth the money you end up paying. Also, when the management. Company set a review it automatically gave itself a 5 star review.

Fantastic experience: We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-week stay in Cape Coral! The home was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Communication with Vesteva was prompt and courteous. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
