We are out of state homeowners. We found Paula on Google reviews after determining our property manager was NOT going to be an effective listing agent. Paula herself has had rental properties. She understands everyday a vacant house sits on the market is money lost. She invested in developing rapport and earned our trust from our first engagement. She advised us to price the house competitively and fairly. Before we took possession of the property from the tenant, Paula had already coordinated with locksmiths, painters, landscaper, handyman, and photographer to get the house listed asap. It only took 3 business days to get the house in ready-to-list state -- even faster than what my property managers could have done. From contract to closing - with a hurricane in between - she was there for us every step along the way.

Fantastic experience: I am a typical switcher - with Paula I stayed. Sometimes I have very own imaginations I want to realize. When bridging the gap is a too big thing, I am looking for another service provider and switching over. That is not always a good idea and it sometimes causes problems, but feeling myself better doing this. With Paula I never felt in this situation. She always gave me the space I was needing, but professional enough to gave me gently advice if I don't hit the ground. I never felt constricted, but ended always where I wanted to come to. Wait - or did she wanted to bring me to this point ? At closing date problems came up, the husband (of the buyer couple) was needed to fly back to his home state, not able to sign the contract. Everything seems to become very complex and problematic and impossible ... I don't know how, but she managed to get the closing done the same day. Nothing for me to control, just lean back, let it flow, relax ... I would Paula rate 7 out of 5 stars if I can. Thanks Paula.
