Fantastic experience: My kitchen light switch stopped working so I called Coldwell Banker's repair service number. It was after hours so I left a message. I received a call the next morning & it was repaired before lunch. Great service.

Fantastic experience: Have had excellent service from CB Handyman services ever since we bought our house over 12 years ago. Our primary "helpers" have been Bill and Justin, both of who I would HIGHLY recommend. They have usually been able to attend to our needs in a short time frame, which is appreciated.

To a great relief, it was just a capacitor, and they were able to make a repair in only 20 minutes. So happy we called, and extremely happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: They are always very prompt and do a great job! Fixed our toilet and works like new. Replaced light bulbs in a high ceiling fan and helped move some things to get to it. They were even able to realign an outside door to get it to latch, and installed a smart door lock! So helpful and fast, thank you again!

I didn't believe that old fashion service was possible anymore...but you knocked it out of the park. I called the service number Coldwell gave, talked to that person and made an appt with him that moment to have him come evaluate and fix our problem as needed. No charge on any labor, just parts. My mother is elderly and I always worry about servicers who would take advantage of her. After several experiences now with Coldwell I can say I trust their program and I'm so glad we got a home loan through them.

It was quickly discovered that my furnace needed to be replaced. It was replaced within a short period of time for only the cost of the parts, saving me a ton of money! I cannot say enough wonderful things about how easy he made the process for me, both as a first time buyer, and a first time seller. Rick was perfect - I didn't know what I was doing, and he made sure to get me the deal that I was looking for. The first house we looked at to buy wasn't a good deal, but he didn't give unwanted advice - he asked a couple questions of the other agent that made me curious, so I asked him what he thought. Turns out, he saved us money by steering us away - we were able to purchase a different house, and it was exactly what we needed. When selling the house we reached out to him again, and he set it all up - it was only a few weeks I believe before he found us a buyer.
