Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience. Cleve Shirley was recommended to us 3 years ago. He was very helpful (and patient), as our family looked into relocating my elderly mother. Once that was accomplished this past May, Cleve invited an investor/buyer to tour her property. We accepted that investor’s offer, at the upper end of the comps bracket Cleve had generated. A short escrow, a successful estate sale, followed by the home sale closing as scheduled. All just as easy as it gets. Fantastic experience: We recently sold our Carlsbad home of 28 years with Brent Hansen and the team at Shafran Realty, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We knew that selling our home would be challenging under the extant economic conditions and interviewed several real estate firms. It was clear from our first meeting that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and that all the things we were worried about presented no problems. We started with a home inspection to turn up any problems a potential buyer might identify, and then proceeded to make cost-effective improvements. Their familiarity with local contractors made the process much simpler than we were expecting – I can’t even imagine trying to interview contractors for all the things that needed to be done. When this was completed, the house was expertly staged and the showings began. Brent took care of all negotiations, and within a short time our house was sold for full price. Throughout the process, Brent kept us informed as to what was happening, answered all our questions, and advised us as to the best strategies going forward. He also struck a good balance between letting us maintain control of the process while using his expertise to prevent us from doing anything crazy. Fantastic experience: Alan and his team could not have done a better job representing my aging parents in the sale of their Del Mar home. Leaving their home of 30 years was an emotional task, but Alan led them through the process deftly and thoughtfully, assuaging all of their fears and concerns. When it came time to negotiate, he was a tireless advocate for their interests. He knew exactly when to stand firm and when to push back…hard. In the end, he secured a record price per square foot on their home, allowing them to move into a retirement facility that they are currently loving. Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars for Vince Cinquini and his team at Shafran, I would! My husband and I met Vince at an open house. We weren’t working with an agent, but started looking at homes in neighborhoods we liked and Vince just happened to let us in to a house when he was closing up for the day. We gave him our info and I’m so happy we did. He was quick to follow-up, ask us what we wanted in a home, and was swift to get us into homes that fit our criteria. Vince was super transparent throughout the whole process, from offer to closing, he made sure we knew exactly what was going on and advocated and supported our asks so that we were completely comfortable with the purchase. All "behind the scene" team members ensure that your experience goes smoothly with a "how can I help you attitude". We have been so fortunate to work with David Diboll over the past two years. First, he helped us ready our home to sell during the pandemic and with his experienced analysis, we were able to sell at a price more than expected. Fantastic experience: I recently completed the purchase of my new home in Vista with Holly Christoforo as my agent. After looking for months, my friend and I expanded our search into Vista and discovered the Shadowridge neighborhood. Holly responded immediately to my friend’s inquiries and sent listings to peruse. Fantastic experience: Quick, efficient, friendly. Met David, game planned, house on the market in 4 days, multiple offers that week. House sold almost 10% over asking price. Money in our account in less than 4 weeks after my first call. With most of the paperwork done while my partner and I were in Lisbon, Portugal. David gave us a best case scenario outcome and timeline and met it. So I am highly motivated, kind of obsessive, and a little impatient when I decide that I want something, like deciding to sell our house and move to Portugal. I came to that conclusion and did my research on the best real estate agents to get the process going. Shafran Realty came up from multiple sources with tons of good reviews. I'm always skeptical so I had to read most of them to see if they were legit. Now, here I am,.. with you wondering if you should choose the same team, and even reading past the summary to get a more detailed feel of what to expect. So David's great, easy to talk to and I trusted him with each major decision and it paid off. He came up with a game plan that saw the most profitable deal we could have hoped for, negotiated extra free time in the home after closing so we could move out without stress, and helped maintain the timeline through some hiccups on the buyers side. Brenna helped us stage our property to give it the best impression while beautifully advertising the property in a way that almost made us second guess selling it. Dani got to give us all the good news like when we received offers, escrow, contingency removal, etc. So obviously Dani is the best. Finally, Erika kept us on point with all the logistical things that you easily forget when moving out because you're usually just consumed by that. I was able to ask anyone anything at any time and they were always happy to help. Even after the process has finished David has kept in touch to see how our overseas journey is going and still answers my random real estate questions whenever I text him. I never write reviews for anything so I hope this gives you the added conviction you needed to commit.
