Negative experience: Called in and explained I was looking to buy my first home. I asked to speak to a realtor to ask a few basic questions and start the process of finding a house I like. The receptionist told me all of the realtors were busy but he took down my information and said I would receive a call back either later that day or the next day. Never received a call back, pretty terrible customer service.
