This house has surpassed my expectations in every way. When we first started exploring the possibility of buying a house, we didn't have the time or knowledge to devote to the process. We simply wanted to explore our options. One day, we decided to click on a house on Zillow that caught our attention, and within five minutes, I received a phone call from a realtor named Scott. Initially, I was uncertain about how to proceed, as I was torn between using a family friend or working with Scott. However, he met us at the house the same day in Mount Sterling and drove over an hour away to help us, and although it wasn't perfect, it was a decent starting point. Over time, Scott showed us numerous houses, always making himself available to accommodate our schedule. One day, he asked me if London was too far, and I responded that it might be, but it was worth exploring. As it turned out, I fell in love with the area. Fantastic experience: I will start by saying that we are not the usual multi million dollar home buyers that Jordan typically works with and is well known for, but from the very beginning he made us feel that we were equally as important to him as anyone else. Jordan went above and beyond to help us successfully navigate our first home purchase. The initial process resulted in acquiring our first property (off-market duplex) and then some months later, unexpectedly closing on 2 additional off-market duplexes on a very short timeline, all in under a year. From the very beginning Jordan was patient with us and thoroughly educated us and answered our numerous questions every step of the way. He worked seamlessly with our lender and the seller's agents. It is obvious he has a deep understanding of all aspects and scenarios of the real estate (single family, multi-family, short term, long term, you name it) and I would argue he knows this industry better than anyone. He responded immediately to every text, email, phone call, even at 10pm, even at 7am on a Sunday. I would highly recommend him and Di Lusso and wouldn't even consider anyone else.

Fantastic experience: hi, we were looking for a bargain home on zillow and when it came to contact realtor we got scott, he and us that very afternoon drove over an hour to a rough house in mount sterling, not the right place for us, but Scott was relaxed and friendly so we found another place that we wanted to look at, so we called him and he got us in the next sunday. This was the perfect place for our needs so we got the ball rolling and Scott was the most communicative part of the whole process, unfailingly polite, calm, and friendly. Negative experience: We did not receive the support we expected throughout the process of buying our home. We consistently had to reach out to receive updates. There was a good deal of miscommunication about earnest money throughout the process. We used the inspector recommended by Kohl who overlooked a serious electrical issue. Following closing, I reached out to Kohl to see what could be done as it was a known defect that was not disclosed. He said he would update us with what could be done. I had to reach out for any updates. The last I heard from him he said he would be in touch after he heard back from the seller. That was over a month ago. I am now paying thousands out of pocket for something that should have been caught during the inspection. Would not recommend.
