Negative experience: While we appreciate the effort involved in real estate transactions, our experience highlighted areas for improvement. The home remained on the market for nine months, which was significantly longer than the neighborhood average of 60–90 days. Additionally, the focus appeared to be on maintaining traditional commission structures rather than prioritizing client needs. At times, it seemed our priorities were secondary to those of the buyer’s agent and their client. We believe a more client-centered approach and proactive strategy would have improved the overall experience.

Fantastic experience: The office staff are nice, and the office is very gorgeous and clean.

Negative experience: Brenda at McGraw Realty is rude and argues, actually raised her voice. Here's the issue, she is showing a listing with a picture of a different home that happens to be my daughter's house. When she was contacted about this error, she yelled not her problem??? She is the listing agent blamed it on Zillow and told her to call them. Honestly she needs to find another job or retire. This is causing problems with my daughter's home insurance since she just filed a storm damage claim. The address the realtor sows does not exist!! I'm in the process of buying a home and land, I can assure you I will NOT use McGraw. In fact had a meeting scheduled today for land, nope cancelled this!

Negative experience: I really didn’t have a good experience with them. I ran into a problem with the lady name Maria. Landaverd she was pretty crazy. She try to act like she was interested in helping because I do have handicaps and what ended up happening was I allowed her to help me one time because prior to that I said no no no I could do it myself I’m pretty independent being that I’m disabled but one time I excepted her help , and that was because my fridge went out and I offered to pay for it and everything and she said no because she lied about it you know to make yourself look better but that’s OK god sees every thing so the last couple days before I had to fire her. I told her it’s just better that I find somebody else I gave her the choice to walk away and then she got mad and she threw it all on me that I was crazy although I am handicap she said and I used her and I was like I paid for everything, so how in the heck did I use you anyway she’s just a very dramatic Realtor and enter at your own risk. The lady is off her rocker. She needs mental help obviously and I don’t talk bad about people unless it’s the truth .so like I said, enter at your own risk, that lady is psychotic and she’s probably on drugs. Have a good day. And she threatened to shoot me.
