He was incredibly patient with us over the course of several years as we searched within a very specific area (basically 3 square miles). He never pushed us to move faster than we were comfortable with and was always responsive, informed, and proactive whenever the right opportunity came along. I found that Josh brings strong market knowledge, a solid network among local realtors, and a calm, steady approach—all of which helped us feel confident throughout the process. When we toured homes, he’d often point out issues he noticed; all to say, he’s not the salesman type just chasing a commission, which we’ve encountered before. One of the biggest value-adds has been his network of vetted contractors. During our home inspection, he arranged for several subcontractors to show up and give us quotes on potential renovation work. Overall, outstanding service through and through.

Fantastic experience: Joe Odom and Lyssa Willis deserve a monument in their name for what they did for us. We worked on such an impossible short deadline moving from Virginia, and they stepped up and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I sent Joe over 20 homes to see in less than 7 hours because I was flying in from Richmond on a Saturday and leaving following Sunday. He not only took me to every home I wanted to see, but also provided pick up and drop off at the airport. Guided us through every little step and assisted with moving to OK. This was a surreal customer service and something neither myself or my husband have ever experienced before. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. Fantastic experience: Dave Watson was great! He cleared his schedule to work with us for the few days we were in town. He was knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond going to look at houses for us when we couldn’t be there. He took video for us to review later on more than one property. Fantastic experience: Mark and Suzanne have sold two properties for us and helped us purchase two homes. Using the Rentz team was the best decision we ever made. Each experience was amazing. Their expertise in staging and showing our homes helped us get contracts on both within 3 days of listing them and get top dollar on each sale. Fantastic experience: If your looking for a solid realtor look no further, Kyla is a trooper! We decided to move from Texas to Oklahoma with a 2 and 1 year old (insane). We didn't quite know the area but Kyla was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Fantastic experience: My wife and I met Mark Rentz when we asked to see one of his properties back in early summer of 2016. He explained to us how he is part of a great team where he works with buyers and his wife, Suzanne, primarily works with sellers. Long story short, Suzanne helped us get our home ready for sale while Mark took us through many, many homes (always with a great attitude and smile on his face!) Fantastic experience: Mark & Dave, We started a relationship with Mark & Dave with purchasing our dream home. It was a modern farmhouse style home that sits on over 1/2 acre, with beautiful white kitchen. The homeowner needed an extra month. Fortunately we were able to rent a Airbnb from Mark that he had available. Mark showed us photos and when we walked inside it looked exactly like the photos. He thought of everything down to the smallest details and very organized so we could find whatever we needed. The Airbnb has nearby shopping that is close to Trader Joes , Reasors, Whole Foods and Walmart to name a few. It is an 8 minute drive to down Tulsa and a 4 minute away from the Gathering Place. The location also offers easy access to the highways. I really enjoyed that I was able to walk my dog to a huge park that was only 2 minutes away. I was thankful that I was able to work remotely from the Airbnb.

The fact that Josh Barrett was happy to help us look for remote property 2 or more hours from his office, that he is genuinely the nicest, kindest person you will meet, or that he helped us complete a marathon closing and stayed with his every step of the way keeping us updated for 5 months. I would venture to say everything that could go wrong with our closing did, but Josh never waivered. He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He was honest and forthright - no games.
