Negative experience: Do not ever rent from this company. We had a mice problem in their house , before we even moved in, unknown to us until about a month into our lease. When we reached out to them about the problem, they refused to help and told us we’d have to pay for pest control, out of pocket. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Name on sign says Bob Woodard, if these folks can't organize and locate homes/ property on what they're selling, I'd be very leary on using them to buy or sell my home!!

Fantastic experience: Rob Schmidt is an excellent communicator! He assisted my ex-husband and me with the sale of our South Tulsa home. We had a lot of work to do before listing and Rob helped us focus our efforts on the items that would provide the most return. He advised us of a listing price and we decided to aim high and test the market. Schmidt kept us updated with showings and feedback and helped us maintain a realistic perspective on what buyers were willing to pay for. He also did a great job of ensuring my ex and I remained on the same page and communicated with him and each other clearly about the transaction. We received a couple of offers and Rob helped us weed out the questionable ones and looked out for our best interests throughout the negotiations. We were confident through each step of the transaction with Rob by our side! We ended up closing right where Rob advised us to list at in the beginning; which goes to show the man knows the market! I have used Rob in the past and he has protected me through multiple other transactions and provides excellent market updates and advice whether you're looking to buy, sell, refi or invest. Fantastic experience: Scott Coffman was incredible. This sale was incredibly difficult and discouraging, and there were many times we gave up hope that it would go through. Scott went above and beyond to make sure it happened - he continued to push the seller and seller's agent to complete tasks or follow-up on things that needed done and information that needed gathering. Scott was very knowledgeable and came up with creative options to close the deal. I'm sure it would never have happened without his expertise and perseverance. McGraw is very fortunate to have him working for them.

They held a check for more than 30 days and also lost the same check I wrote to them for a pretty large amount. Now my bank is going through their process to get me a replacement check and it will take 90 days. I should be compensated for the trouble I had to go through just to get a replacement check that THEY lost!!!! DON"T USE THESE PEOPLE TO BUY A HOUSE PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Fantastic experience: Juli Couch is unbelievable as a Realtor, as a Real Estate agent, I wanted to find the best possible agent to represent my sister in Tulsa, choosing Juli was an amazing experience. She worked diligently to find and sale their home. This was not an easy obstacle as they had limited funds from their investments, and the home they were living in was below par. She performed a miracle in not only working with elderly people in being patient and concerned to find the perfect retirement home, she then worked to diligently not rest until she sold their home which as a real estate agent in TN, I do not believe, I would have been able to perform such a miracle. She was amazing, highly recommend if your parents are looking to downsize or need assistance with patience and caring.

Negative experience: Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I completed my application, paid my application fee, submitted check stubs for myself and other adult applicant over 2wks ago & heard NOTHING...The property manager Krista won't return my calls, my realtors calls or emails. Never again
