Fantastic experience: When I first contacted Charles Manley, he made me felt secure in the fact that he was willing to go above and beyond to get me what I needed and wanted in a house or close to it for him. It was not about just a paycheck he really has a passion for helping people find there forever home. He hit the ground rolling and no matter how many homes he introduced me to he never tried to force me to get something that I was not comfortable with. He would always say if you can’t see yourself living in it then it’s not for you. He’s an agent that prays. He’s an agent that speaks God‘s word he’s an agent that encouraged and inspires you he’s an agent that never settles or allow you as a client to settled. I called on Charles in September 2025 and I closed on my home in February 2026 through the grace of God. I believe God led Charles to the house that was for me this house was everything that I wanted. I realize that every close door is not a denial it’s just that’s not what God has for you. He stayed with me up until the closings and even after that he calls to check on me to make sure that everything is well, he even assisted me with finding people to help me to make some of the necessary changes that I needed to make to the home. Five star does not compare to how grateful and thankful that I am that God led Charles and his company into my life to say Charles put in the bid on this house on November 17 2025 so after the government shut down nevertheless He made the seller so comfortable that every time there was a delay due to the government shutting down the seller stuck by us and she extended the delay and was willing to extend as long as it was necessary now that’s God so to that I say thank you to Charles Manley and the company that he works for and his team I am grateful I am thankful I give God the glory I give God the praise for bringing Charles into my life. Charles is a man of integrity (acted in my best interest throughout the entire process).
